We used Nathan/Glenmore Roofing for our re-roofing project. He exceeded all of our expectations. Mostly, he was a fantastic communicator including great product knowledge, recommended colors, he went out of his way to deliver samples, and he communicated a clear plan. He even personally checked our drive-way for nails and debris once the project was complete. Beyond the communication and service, the work appears exceptional. We feel he will stand behind his work well beyond project finish. Couldn't be happier! THANKS!

My wife and I were pretty nervous about getting a full exterior renovation done. We talked to about 3 contractors before we met Nathan from Glenmore Roofing. He was patient with our endless amount of questions and provided advice to not only save us money but to make our house look way better than we ever thought it could. Nathan even assisted with the management of other trades such as my window contractor just to make sure that as they finished he would know the timing and situation. I think it is really hard to find people who truly give a $#!t. But I knew Nathan did since he was on site regularly, talking me through the common challenges of a renovation of this size and making sure everything was done to 100%. This level of service extended to all his different crews working on the my house. Everyone was respectful, courteous and professional. For nearly 3 weeks my kids loved watching all the action around the house... and everything was cleaned up so my dog and kids weren't at risk of random nails or debris. Thanks so much!

Glenmore Roofing (Nathan) shingled our bungalow. We are pleased with the service and results. The crew took 2 days which was what we were told, work started when promised. The shingles and the dumpster came a day before the work started. The dumpster was picked up the day after the work was complete. Nathan also helped us with a warranty issue with the old shingles.

Quote Process: Of the 3 companies contacted; Glenmore Roofing provided the most complete specification sheet, their price was very competitive and the salesperson / estimator (Nathan Gill) was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions well. Pre-Job: All the dates were kept as scheduled. Both the garbage bin and the new shingles arrived the day before (as scheduled). Shingle bundle placement on the old roof was done quickly and safely. Installation: The crew arrived on time; they were friendly, fast, quiet (no excessive noise over and above what was necessary) and took very few breaks. All site specific and re-work issues (new skylight) were handled quickly and correctly (as per the quote). The crew cleaned the site both days (the job took 1 ½ days to complete), they had safety/warning tape in place, their movements around the house and up on the roof were deliberate, safe and professional. The crew was also easy to communicate with and they made sure we were safe as we entered and exited the house during the job. Post-Job: The garbage bin was removed the same day they finished, damage to the lawn and driveway was minimized. Clean-up was very, very good, I have yet to find a stray staple, nail or screw. Gutters were cleaned, gutter supports added as required. Several rainstorms later, the new roof is performing flawlessly. I will call them again in 35 years when this roof wears out.

Nathan had previously completed a re-roofing job for a family member many years ago. On that job, the process from the original quote to the completion and clean up of the job was extremely professional so when I need my roof re-shingled, I contacted Nathan. I found Nathan to be very competitive with his price and what he quoted was exactly what I ended up being invoiced for. Nathan scheduled his crew to start on my preferred date. They arrived on time and completed the job in a day. Everything about the crew was professional, they did a great job and left a clean work site. Nathan went out of his way to fix a couple items on another property close by as a good will gesture. I would definitely recommend Nathan for any roofing jobs you have.

Nathan and the Glenmore Roofing team did an excellent job on my re-roof. In particular, the customer service was excellent. Nathan was knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. The job was finished on time and looks great.

I searched for a company to replace a few broken tiles on our roof. The tile manufacturer has gone out of business so it wasn't an easy search. Nathan was great. He came to the house and provided an appraisal. He did did the work a couple of days later. He did exactly what he said he would do. Glenmore were working on my neighbors roof for a few days and I was impressed at how efficient they were. Nathan and his crew were friendly so I thought I'd get them to do some small repairs - patching cedar shingles and installing a small section of guttering.
