Felixdb ltd is an architectural design company specialising in residential refurbishment in west London. I have been designing and refurbishing houses in west London since 2004 so have experience of most London property type and construction projects in London. We offer a personalized design service from planning applications through to interior design and joinery drawings. We can offer professional CAD drawings, three dimensional isometric drawings, and computer and hand drawn visualizations. Following an enquiry I will visit the property often within a couple of days to provide a one on one consultation free of charge. From measured survey we can submit a planning application in two weeks. Often clients may require us to submit planning at exchange on a property so that planning permission and construction can start at completion of the sale of a property. We supply high quality design and planning services at competitive prices and timescales.

I hired Felix to design my large house extension. He demonstrated excellent knowledge in the art of the possible with regard to planning permission and successfully navigated the project through the council requirements - resulting in a fantastic 3 metre ceiling height across the width of our new kitchen and side return. Felix's clear design talent shone through in the planning process and I am delighted with the results. I would highly recommend his services.

Felix was a dream to work with. He was quick, efficient, professional and creative. He has helped us create our perfect home . He also helped us get planning permission granted very quickly which was another major plus point. I couldn't recommend him more highly if i tried.

Felix provided an excellent service: inspiring designs that maximised the potential of our house build. Felix guided us precisely through the whole project from planning application process to budgets, build and after care, resulting in a seamless process. The whole project was dealt with clarity and intergrity, resulting in an incredible final product that we’re delighted with. Could not recommend more highly.

From the outset Felix was masterful at guiding us through the process of building extensions to our house. He produced brilliant, detailed drawings straight away, was resourceful and had lots of ideas and suggestions. We can't recommend him highly enough.

We could not have done our project without Felix. Keen to get our proposals into planning as soon as possible, Felix was efficient from the outset in producing drawings for our approval. We were undecided about how much structural work to do on the ground floor initially and it was never a problem for him to draw up various options to help us decide. His knowledge is incredibly thorough and it is apparent very quickly how much experience he has under his belt - from M&E layouts to construction drawings and scopes of work for the builders to price and then work from. Equally, there was plenty of work going on behind the scenes with building control, party wall and other third parties. I would highly recommend having Felix on your project.

We recently hired Felix to help design and do technical drawings for a rear extension and loft conversion to our house and I would highly recommend him. Felix has a huge breadth of experience and knowledge across not only design, but planning, budgeting and practicalities around the build as well. He came up with lots of original ideas for how to best use our space and came up with creative solutions to complicated problems. From very early on in the process he has gone above and beyond his remit, being very patient guiding us through a process we knew very little about, liaising often directly with our builder, structural engineer etc. when we were out of our depth and meeting us on-site to discuss and resolve issues that have come up. Highly professional and would recommend.

His experienced and pragmatic approach has been crucial to overcoming all the inevitable problems we faced and the ultimate success of the project. We hired Felix to do the full design and planning application process of our house. He was involved from a very early stage- from a visit before we exchange to let us know his view on what is architecturally feasible. He then spent a couple of months with us in finalising the design and took the lead in submitting the planning application and getting the approval. He also liaised with the builder during 6 months of construction. He was extremely professional and delivered a great outcome for us. We have referrred him to quite a few of our friends and can only say very positive things about him.
