FDS Architects and Peter Dito are phenomenal. They are highly experience and very easy to work with. Peter has an amazing sense of what your needs will be both functionally and aesthetically. FDS worked with us to design a way to shade our backyard patio. The result was a covered patio so simple in concept, yet so impeccably designed, that it has exceeded our expectations. They were also available every step of the way to answer our questions. Going into the project, my concern was that if we added such a structure it would look like an add on; but our new "room" looks as though it was built with the original home. We are looking forward to years of outdoor, shaded bliss.

Scenic Landscaping

We worked with FDS architects on two different projects for our clients in 2015. They were the team of home architects and we were landscape architects brought on to the same projects. FDS was a team of professionals through and through. They kept everything running in a friendly and proactive environment and were easy to work with. They were compassionate, always on site, and a big help with resourcing materials and information. FDS took great care in dealing with engineers in town with was a great benefit to us. We look forward to working with them again in the near future and would highly recommend them.

We have known about FDS for years - they have always been considered one of the top architectural firms in NJ. Now that we have been working with them, we can also 'why', first-hand - the design work is superb and from concept to completion, the FDS team is there, making sure that no detail is overlooked. We retained the services of Peter Dito, a principle at FDS Architects to oversee the renovation of our home. The project was extensive and Peter understood our needs and contributed on every level to create a fantastic residence. His sense of space and proportion translate into great living spaces. He works with professional contractors that are experts in their fields always reliable and respectful. Peter is highly accessible, reliable with great communication skills. We are very pleased with our home and highly recommend him and his firm.
