In 3 weeks with all the rain the screened in porch was finished on schedule. They were responsive to adjustments and minor changes as the work proceeded. Excellently work ! The finished porch far exceeded our expectations. Workmen on the project were polite and responsive to our questions.

Throughout the many years we have lived at The Woods in Hedgesville, We have utilized Fairway Home Services for large projects, such as home additions, as well as major refurbishments, such as roof replacement. We also have had them do small repairs needed from time-to-time. In all instances, Fairway Home Services performed each task with a high degree of workmanship without cutting corners. They also stand behind their work without hassles. I would not hesitate to utilize Fairway Home Services for any of our future construction or refurbishment needs.

Excellent work . They were able to take our vision for the project and make it a reality . Their workers are very professional , polite and responsible. Always open to discuss the progress and next steps. We have used them for a bedroom addition and now for a screened in porch. Reliable, trusty worthy and open to make modifications as the project proceeds.

Our experience couldn't have been worse and the angst and stress on us at age 76 was horrible. Marty is a smooth talker but after he got our contract, he never even reviewed the job with us once until he came 4 months later with an additional $11,250 "addendum" we knew nothing about. He used contractors rather than employees mostly, so his markup was double. He never completed four major aspects of our contract before walking off the job. Photos were of condition of job after he left. We hired another small honest crew who fixed the screwed up mess the best they could so we can live with it.

From the initial phone call, to the estimate, to the completed project, FHS is 100% customer focused. FHS completed a $50,000 basement remodel on time and on budget. (No easy feat when we made some changes mid project.) The craftsmanship throughout the project was Superb and the attentiveness of the Owner and Project Manager was first rate. Additionally, the experts at Artisan Kitchen and Countertops did an equally Superb job designing/laying out the cabinets and countertops. The compliments we have received on the overall project and specifically the locally made oak bar are too numerous to count. If you have a project in mind or are looking for a trustworthy company to do a remodel or build your custom home look no further than the Team at Fairway Home Services. You will not be disappointed by the relationships you develop or of the results of the project you have trusted the Team to complete. I cannot recommend FHS strongly enough.
