The crew from Emerald Tile came to my home and did a good job taking careful measurements and were pleasant to deal with. The installers managed to get a few VERY large and heavy sheets of granite into the kitchen without damaging anything and the installation looks great.

I hired Emerald Tile and Marble to install a granite countertop in my new kitchen. The countertop is beautiful, the sales representatives, measurer, and installers were very good and did an excellent job. The office administration and curtomer relations needs improvement. In the four times I had contact with the company I dealt with four different sales representitives. Between the first and second sales representitive my order was misplaced. The granite I chose had microscopic cracks and the company tried to give me another countertop without signing off on it. Sales representative number 4m refused to do this and called me in to choose another countertop. Althought, my original choice was not available, I was able to choose another very nice countertop. The person in charge of setting up installations was a difficult person to deal with. We finally set up a second installation date, where I told her I was frustrated with the service I received and she accused me of yelling at her. I was told the installation would be between noon and 2 pm, so I went to work for 6 am and returned home at 11:15. There was a rude message saying that the installers had been to my house, but nobody was home. When I was finally able to get through to her, I reminded her that she told me that the installers would be at my place between noon and 2 pm, she did not apologize or even acknowledge the error. When the sales representative discovered that nobody was home to receive the installers, she left a very professional message asking that the receptionist page her so that another time could be set up. Unfortunately, I called on numerous occasions and nobody answered to phone to page the sales representative. If Emerald Tile and Marble's administration was better, I would recommend them, but because they left me with the stress of wondering if I would even have the counters installed, I would not recommend them.
