We've have been working with HillGreen design and build for a couple of years now. We always have been very satisfied. Our last project was the complete demolition and rebuilt of a detached garage. Garth always take the time to sit with us and discuss the project options/costs and brings invaluable ideas and recommendations. There is a good communication, we're kept informed of the progress of the project, deadlines are met as well as budget. We'll hire him again and highly recommend him.

I had a mosaic back-splash installed including a ceramic framed feature. The work was complex and required a lot of planning and cutting to make everything just right. The very professional installer did a fabulous job and his attention to detail was impressive. THe deadline and budget where respected.

We have recently completed a basement renovation that included the demolition and re-construction of our TV room and laundry room. The work was completed by Hillgreen Design & Build which included the complete project co-ordination of plumbing, electrical and general contracting work. At the outset the plan was detailed and well communicated to ensure that both parties were on the same page. We were very impressed with Garth and his team of employees. They were flexible with adjustment to plans as we went along. Communication was key – almost on a daily basis plans for the day were discussed. The quality of work was very good and the co-ordination of the project was especially appreciated. Every effort was made to ensure that disruption to our daily routine was minimized. We would recommend Hillgreen Design & Build to anyone contemplating renovations at their home.

I worked with HillGreen for about a year and can say from personal experience that Garth and the guys are extremely good at what they do. Top quality design and execution across a variety of project platforms. I highly recommend contacting HillGreen for your next project, whatever it is.

After discussing a failing floor system and cracking floor joists with a structural engineer, I engaged HillGreen Design & Build to undertake some extensive repair work in my basement. I found them to be highly professional and efficient. They outlined a number of options for meeting the engineer's requirements, and clearly explained the work and costs involved under each option. After they began the job they kept in contact with updates on the progress of the work, and were always available to answer questions that came up. Upon inspection, the engineer certified that the repairs had fully restored the structural integrity of the house. I would and will recommend HillGreen Design & Build to anyone needing structural residential repairs, and they will be the first outfit that I call should I ever need this kind of work done again.

We hired HillGreen to renovate our kitchen after having met with other contractors. What set them apart was the design aspect of the project. They were willing to spend time reviewing and evaluating what was best for our space and our lifestyle. In addition, Garth went above and beyond with the time spent shopping with us to select our finishes, cabinets, tiles etc - he has a great eye and knows the products (and the pros and cons). At the end of each day, the space was left clean and tidy. The kitchen was completed on time and we are extremely pleased with it.
