The staff at Elizabeth Cole is always so helpful in so many ways from start to finish! It is a very interesting showroom and is always up to date with the latest colors etc. It is my go to source for unique items and solving my design issues.

This showroom has a constantly changing array of furnishings and accessories that are so well displayed, and at such an attractive price point, that my clients often ask "when are we going back there?" Their attention to my needs as a designer is exceptional. Recently a client purchased an upholstered chair from the floor, then 3 months later decided she had made a bad choice (she hadn't, but she now wanted something more colorful). Remarkably, the showroom was willing to take the chair back with a very minimal restocking fee. That is beyond the call of duty and I haven't forgotten it. Elizabeth Cole also takes an active role in the community, supporting charity drives, hosting CEU events, etc. which I really respect. THe entire staff is friendly and helpful, no stuffy attitude. THe showroom really makes my job easier, and makes me look good.
