they contacted my builder and promised to replace the defective door i got. still waiting and will update the review as soon as i get it

I ordered an expensive custom made door. It was beautifully crafted and delivered on time and we are very happy with it. I need a door for another house and will order again from Door Emporium!

Prompt service, quality product, reasonable price. Have purchased many doors and have been pleased each time. Had an issue with a glass panel in one of the doors and they were prompt to send a replacement. Very satisfied over the years.

I cannot say enough positive things about Door Emporium. We bought over 21 doors with frames for our new house. The web site is easy to navigate and when I had a question I received personal prompt help, as did our contractor. I was a bit apprehensive about ordering such a large perchase on-line but all worked our to our satisfaction. They arrived in good shape with the exception of a slight flaw In one door. I was compensated for the amount it cost to have it repaired. The doors probably cost a third to half of what they would have cost locally.

Amazing company to deal with!!! We ordered several doors from Door Emporium while we were remodeling our home several months ago. We ordered doors for bedrooms and closets, as well as beautiful doors for our dining room and study. The doors are very high in quality and tremendously add to the look and the warmth of our home. Their customer service, their professionalism, and their "how-can-we-help" attitude made the process a breeze. From our initial contact with them to the installation (and the many back-and-forth discussions in-between), they exuded an extremely helpful and "on-top of it" attitude. We couldn't believe that they were the only vendors we used in our house during the remodeling process that actually had the product delivered on the day they said it would be there. We highly recommend them to anyone not willing to settle on quality, service, and price!
