JBL was great. Dave worked with us on design changes and didn’t nickel and dime us for adjustments or changes. He had skilled workers perform every aspect of the job and they finished on schedule and were clean and professional. Dave always answered our questions quickly. The basement renovation he did for us is great!!!

I hired Dave at JBL construction to do multiple projects as my home in Northport NY. Dave and his crew are professional, detailed, kept on budget and timelines. JBL did a complete full basement renovation including a bedroom, full bath and tv space. JBL also renovated the kids bathroom asa second project. I plan on hiring JBL again for a master bathroom renovation and a kitchen renovation.

Kitchen, laundry room,lobby, main bathroom, upstairs kids bathroom, Paint the whole first floor.It was very stressful time but Dave & his team really did a amazing job. We were so pleased with JBL Home Improvement's full remodel of our kitchen in 2011 that we had Dave Kaplan and his crew come back in 2015 to do a full finished basement for us which turned out more beautiful than we ever imagined. Everything was done to perfection and to code which was important to us. The latest project we had Dave do was remodel our master bath in 2016. We were again pleased with the installation and craftsmanship from start to finish. Dave and his coworkers treated us in a friendly, courteous yet professional manner. They were knowledgeable about all aspects of the installation. He addressed all our questions and concerns and used his expertise to solve any minor problems that arose. They arrived on schedule every morning and finished the work within the time frame they said they would finish. Dave always returned our calls within minutes. We were confident choosing JBL Home Improvement to do all three jobs after seeing the beautiful work he did in our son's home. We highly recommend JBL Home Improvement to everyone.

What I like most about JBL is Dave's (the owner's) attitude and cooperativeness. He is a down-to-earth, completely honest person and takes pride in his word and his work. He is a pleasure to work with, and he and his workers do an excellent job and do it quickly and at reasonable cost. He is almost always available and is supremely responsive and trustworthy. We have used him for two jobs following a mean run-in with hurricane Sandy and would use him again (hopefully not for another hurricane!)
