Caution ... proceed at your own risk. Read some of the other negative reviews closely - given my experience, there's likely truth within them. My horror show: 5 shower enclosures 7 months and project is still not completed 2 installation appointments (thus far) 800 dollars worth of tile damage 3 out of 4 guest bathroom walls damaged 1 towel rack pulled from the wall 2 screws left in the shower after installation 5 messes left after installation, which required cleaning up 1 VP of sales (who I've been put in touch with because of the delays/problems ... who has gone radio silent) 0 clue when the project will be done ADD all of the above together ... TOTAL: $36,000+ ... yes that cost is correct (the initial quote was $78,000 - no joke! I had to modify the enclosure sizes to get this price). What's most appalling is their website, which states, and I quote: "dedicated to providing IMPECCABLE service" ... "has an outstanding reputation for PRECISION ... and a SUPERIOR customer service experience." Really! Granted, although most of the delay was from the manufacturer, coastal shower doors (which they've since terminated their association with) ... I still wouldn't describe a project time of 7 months, and counting (promised time frame was 8-12 weeks), at least 3 appointments to fully install and complete my project, tile damage from errant drilling during installation, careless damage to the walls, damage to bath hardware and not cleaning up after themselves neither "PRECISE" nor "IMPECCABLE SERVICE". Also, the fact that I haven't heard back from anyone at DGI since my last failed complete installation, AND despite sending email correspondence to both my initial sales associate as well as the VP of sales 5 days ago inquiring when they will finish the project, in my opinion, does not qualify as "SUPERIOR" customer service. As of this writing, I still have no idea when someone will be back to finish the project. So for those of you contemplating using this company, please use my story as a cautionary tale. I certainly do realize there are plenty of satisfied customers (given some of the other reviews) ... sadly, I'm just not part of that group. Any company can think they're great, especially when they're selling themselves to potential customers. To me, however, the true character of a company is what they do, when something doesn't go as planned. Anyone can claim whatever they want about themselves on their own website, especially in non-quantitative terms. With these guys, at a minimum, I would strongly encourage them to rethink their self description.

When remodeling my small master bath Design First Kitchen and Bath recommended Denver Glass. They had exactly what I wanted, a nicely smoked glass. It arrived as promised and the installers were superb. Efficient and clean, they even left behind what they deemed "the only glass cleaner to use". The installers were very complimentary about my choice of using smoked glass for the shower enclosure.

14 months ago, my wife and I embarked on a large remodel of our home in the foothills above Denver. D GI was hired to install glass shelving, stainless steel and wire rails, stainless steel baseboard and trim, and replace existing outdated shelving in an entertainment nook. All of the galss and stainless steel is in highly visible areas and the success of the remodel largely depended on the quaility of the work done by DGI. Without exception, the work by DGI exceeded our expectations and every person who enters our home without exception comments on how beautiful the stainless and glass looks. Over the course of the long remodel we hired many contractors, some good and some not very good; DGI was head and shoulders above everyone else - from the quality of materials, the care in measurements, the timeliness and respectfulness of their employees, to the finished product. I would recommend Brandon Maestas, Nick Quintana, and Jason Alexander to everyone without hesitation.

My ranch style home in Lakewood is 33 years old and was in dire need of updating. Upon entering the air-lock entry one's first view was a yellow-brick wall that was approximately eight feet high in a room with vaulted ceilings. It also sided the stairway to the basement. Down came the wall and in it's place is the stainless and glass wall. I chose a square stainless because it was a little different and I couldn't visualize a round stainless handrail. My office is at the bottom of the stairs and so to compliment the wall, a smaller portion was placed on one side at the base of the stairs. I also ordered my glass cabinet inserts from them. The selection was almost overwhelming. Denver Glass Interiors, Inc rated a 10+ for me. They were accurate in their measurements, thorough in their communication, courteous at all times and several employees worked on the installation. I was also impressed by how respectful they were to each other. I would highly recommend this company.

Denver Glass Interiors installed a beautiful custom curved glass railing for a client. They were very transparent in the costs and provided models to help our client understand what the railing would look like. This help immensely! Once installed it look exactly as planned! Everyone that enters the house is enamored by the railing! They love it! It looks amazing and is a high quality craftsmanship.

Denver Glass and their lead representative, Brandon Maestras did some complicated mirror work and custom glass furniture for a large residential project, which I designed for a prominent design and real estate client in downtown Denver. The work consisted of highly complex wall mirrors made up of large mirror panels with polished edges; smaller intricate surface mounted architectural mirrors with mastic and hidden angles; and a series of complex custom designed glass furniture and etagere's to exhibit a rare and expensive collection of artifacts/fossils. The work that was done was intricate, complex and difficult to cut out, mount and assemble. I have done design projects all over the world for a variety of international clientele and I must say that Brandon Maestras was one of the finest installation/technician/manager/supervisors that I have ever worked with. His attention to detail, manner with installers and workers and client contact was superb. He has an excellent design eye and is intelligent and highly sensitive to both clients and surroundings. Denver Glass is also an excellent company. They were at all times, honest, easy to work with, efficient and creative...the entire home was handled in an extraordinary way of professionalism and talent. Albert Stinchcomb
