I employed Realisation by Design to renovate a London townhouse into 2 apartments. Andy did a fantastic job of laying out the space in both properties resulting in both apartments achieving the full asking price in record time. His designs were clever, utilized all available space, and looked fantastic, quickly reminding me of the added value an architect can have on any property. I am currently doing another similar development in London as well as renovating a holiday home in the West Indies and using Andy for both properties was the obvious choice. I am excited to see both come to fruition. I commissioned Andy and his team at RBD Architecture for a major renovation project on my property in 2017. Andy is an ABSOLUTELY fantastic architect and project manager – I could not recommend him highly enough. The project came in on time and on budget, and nothing was ever too much trouble for him. He has an excellent eye for detail plus a great design eye when it comes to interiors. Andy is also very value driven with a great list of suppliers who have superb finishes from everything from lighting to kitchen suppliers. Andy is also an excellent completer finisher and executor - I was extremely pleased I used him. I wish him and his fantastic team all the best for the future!

Siobhan Loates Interiors

I worked with RBD on a high quality house refurbishment project in Central London where they were acting as Project Architect. They obtained planning consent for a basement extension and prepared the construction information for the main build and produced the detailed information for the interior fitted joinery design which I was working on. I found Andy Willis, their practice lead designer, very experienced in detailed design and coordination and the information produced by RBD was of a very high standard. They were extremely enjoyable to work with and their expertise was highly valued.
