Beth at Caruso made our kitchen and bar remodel a wonderful experience. She was knowledgable, quick to respond, and super fun to work with. She helped me think through the designs and she gave honest feedback about design choices. When there were the expected delays and mistakes, she was always on top of fixing them in the most timely manner possible. We have referred Caruso to a few neighbors already and will continue to do so!

We selected Caruso Kitchens to be the cabinet designer for our kitchen remodel because they had a great selection of high-quality cabinet manufacturers. What we learned soon after is that they also have a great staff of designers, and Beth Parker - who helped us with our project - was the best! Beth first visited us at home in our kitchen, taking notes and measurements, and asking us lots of questions. A short time later we met in the showroom where she had a preliminary (but very detailed) kitchen design ready to go, complete with engineering drawings and full-color perspective drawings. Beth incorporated lots of our suggestions into the cabinet layout, she met each design change request with patience and charm, and even saved us money by getting the design completed and ordered just before the manufacturer’s yearly price hike. Our kitchen project, unfortunately, experienced issues and delays due to the cabinet manufacturer; cabinets were shipped damaged, built incorrectly, or missing parts. Beth worked relentlessly to get things fixed, which was a difficult job. When Jared Caruso was alerted to the challenges we were having with our cabinets, he came to our home on two separate occasions to personally inspect the issue. It is important to mention this was not Caruso Kitchens fault at all, yet they took on the responsibility of correcting each and every problem and said they wouldn’t stop working until we were completely satisfied. We understood from the start that a kitchen remodel of this size and scope, not all things will go as planned. What we found out is that having a cooperative, professional, and competent design team like we had in Beth and Caruso Kitchens made all the difference.

Jared Caruso (owner) and Susie Killion (designer) helped us produce the kitchen of our dreams. They patiently took us though as many iterations and design ideas as we needed to feel like we had landed on just the right approach. They never got tired of fielding our questions and bringing their best creative ideas to us. Our cabinets came quickly, despite the pandemic lag, and were of the highest quality. Any issues were fixed immediately and without complaint or hassle. We cannot recommend them highly enough for any kitchen style, size, or budget.

Worked with Jerry Caruso directly. Jerry (Caruso Kitchens staff) is/are very experienced and knowledgeable with the process and their products. We are very happy with our cabinets. They are beautiful. Product quality was as sold and expected. Delivery and handling went fine. Jerry provided his direct oversight with all phases and was quick to respond to questions and concerns. There were a few manufacturer product issues (wrong size crown moulding and toe-kick), but they were easily resolved. The contractor that Jerry recommended (Roger Victory) performed a great job. Roger is highly qualified for our kitchen/bath remodel. Would fully endorse Caruso Kitchens to any homeowner.

We did a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. Prior to entering the showroom, I had emailed Susie the ideas we had for our cabinets based on what we had talked about with our interior designer; we wanted white timeless cabinets with a navy cabinets in our island. When I got to the showroom the first time, Susie had pulled 3 different vendors with multiple doors styles and color options. She was about to talk about the pros and cons of each vendor and made great suggestions of colors. While we were picking our colors, Susie created the design for our cabinet elevations. She made some good recommendations about location and types of cabinets based on her experience and best practices. Throughout this process, Susie was available via email and phone calls to answer any questions we had before we finalized our design. After we finalized everything, we waited for the cabinets to come in. We used their installer, Brad and Cameron, and they were very professional and respectful. On site, they answered any questions we had. They followed the designs to a T, and if they had any questions, they would always get confirmation from us before moving forward.

We worked with Beth Parker at Caruso Kitchens to remodel our 20 year old kitchen. She was the consummate professional. Her ideas helped to make our kitchen a dream come true. She knew exactly which cabinets we would benefit from, showed up for the counter measurements and the cabinet delivery. Responded immediately when, due to a manufacturer's error, a few cabinets doors had the wrong trim. Beth was patient with us as we figured out what we wanted, brought humor and a sunny disposition to the table each time, and was always very prompt in returning our calls and responding to our questions. She was truly a pleasure to work with and we will definitely return to her and Caruso Kitchens should we do another project. Our project was done in a very timely manner and within our budget. I worked with designer Beth Parker on our recent kitchen remodel. I found Beth's energy, enthusiasm, and design experience to be just what I needed. I had an idea of what I wanted but was struggling with decisions. Beth guided me, and encouraged me to trust in the design and cabinetry choices. Our modern white with walnut based cabinetry is clean, fresh, and I enjoy our kitchen every day! I wouldn't hesitate to refer Beth for your kitchen remodel.

I have worked with Morgan Ferguson at Caruso for several years on numerous projects. She is very organized, in tune with the details, and an incredibly effective communicator. Her designs tend to be visionary and on the leading edge of design trends. Not only that but she understand the building aspect of her designs and has the ability to create designs that clients love and are feasible from a builder perspective. In March of 2017 I connected with Morgan at Caruso Kitchens to being on a kitchen and laundry room remodel. Both rooms were original with no updates and built in 1975. Morgan was quickly able to develop a plan, helped me develop a detailed budget, resolve all design details and we were able to complete the final design in quick order. July 3, 2017, we began the demo of both rooms and stripped them to the studs. Morgan was able to bring a great team to the project including a General Contractor, and all the sub-contractors. This made the effort seamless for me and gave me two points of contact to work with and resolve all issues. Morgan and the General talked daily and the progress was fast, organized, logical and done at a very high level of detail. All the electrical, plumbing, lighting, flooring, cabinets, counters and appliances were fully installed and operational on Aug 4, 2017. This was not a piecemeal project but a fully gut and rebuild so to deliver this level of quality in 31 days is remarkable. Working with Morgan was fantastic, she would present options, provide guidance and recommendations but not push you into decisions you were not comfortable making. She is very detailed, organized and fully aware of the issue and challenges of this type of project. I wanted someone who has been thru hundreds of these projects so I could benefit from all of her leanings so I was able to omit the mistakes. With all projects there will be issues and challenges and this was no different. The measure to me is how they are address, resolved and how the solutions was communicated and work was done to resolve the issue. In EVERY case this was done professionally and thoughtfully without me feeling like it was my issue to resolve. I would work with both Morgan, Caruso Kitchens, and her team again without a second thought.
