We can’t say enough positive things about Jack Doss and Caribbean Pools. We had a tight space for the pool and deck and had a number of contractors come out and give us estimates and designs. Some of the other contractors wanted to fit their standard designs into our space, others wanted the pool in another, less accessible, part of our yard. Jack gave us a design for the pool and travertine deck/patio that used the space perfectly. Then, as we made modifications and the pool was constructed, Jack was on site the whole time. We heard horror stories from neighbors about problems when the sales guy disappears and the project gets turned over to the construction guy. That’s not the case with Jack. He was there from start to finish, overseeing each phase and giving us advice on all the decisions we had to make along the way. And he completed the pool in the time frame he initially estimated. Finally, when the pool was done he was always responsive about those inevitable tweaks and fixes that need to be done. We couldn’t be happier with our pool and deck. We get tons of compliments about how beautiful it looks.

Jack and his team did a fantastic job for us: they were thoughtful and creative and helped us really work with a small backyard to maximize the free-flowing look we were going for. We did a complete "makeover" of what was an empty, sloping, fairly unuseable space and turned it into a real oasis where we spent quality time with friends and family. Would absolutely recommend them!

We are so glad we hired Caribbean Pools to create our backyard oasis. Jack and his team handled everything - overall design, swimming pool, outdoor fireplace and underdeck. The whole project went as planned and we use our backyard everyday, even in the winter months. We rarely have any problems, but when I've had questions, the Caribbean team is always responsive.
