A Plus Design & Remodeling

From the first time we met Adam (owner) and Moshe when they came over to write up an estimate at our house, we instantly felt that there was something special, unique and genuine about the way they explained details, answered our questions, guided us through the process and listened to our needs/wants. They really took the time to truly listen to us, not just as potential clients, but as fellow human beings. Our first project was small - remodeling two upstairs bathrooms and replacing upstairs windows. Despite the "smallness" of our project in comparison to their other big-budget projects, Adam and Moshe always treated us with the upmost respect, kindness and sincerity...as if we were their biggest clients. This meant so much to us because we understood how rare it was to find a company that truly cared about us as people. Whenever there was an issue, they were on-site within the same day to address and resolve the problem. And even when there weren't any problems, they still always made it a point to make their daily visits just to check on progress. Their attention to detail, impeccable organization...mixed with their kind spirits and friendly nature...make them the ultimate "unicorns" of contractors...extremely rare and truly one-of-a-kind. Based on the trust we developed during that first project, we called upon them about a year later in a frantic panic due to a sudden slab leak inside our house. This project, although still small, was more complicated because it involved a lot more moving parts from an insurance claim standpoint - water/mold damage, asbestos/lead testing and abatement, repiping and finally reconstruction. And even though their role started at the reconstruction phase, Adam and Moshe were always available to answer our questions and help us along the way. As we are finally re-settling back into our house, we look around every day and feel so grateful to have met Adam and Moshe. Now that all the work is done, we miss seeing their smiling faces everyday and talking to them about everything and anything under the sun. That vital and irreplaceable human connection, trust and friendship is the absolute golden hallmark that sets A Plus Design and Remodeling apart, above and beyond all others.

We contracted with A Plus Design & Remodeling to do a complete kitchen remodel. It consisted of a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and a complete remodel, including new cabinets, fixtures and appliances. The owner (Adam) met with my wife and she told him what she wanted in her new kitchen. He showed her samples of cabinets and counter tops. He made helpful suggestions and after receiving the original estimate, we pared back on my wife's 'vision' and focused on the most important features for her new kitchen. While there were some unexpected delays, the job was completed in three months, as he quoted at the start of the job. The nice thing about working with them was that all of their cabinetry was custom, so we weren't faced with the issue of having to accommodate stock cabinets. The craftsmanship was outstanding and the workers were excellent. My wife loves her kitchen, thanks to A Plus.

A Plus did a wonderful job on my house. Remodeled kitchen, 2&1/2 baths and wet bar. Did painting also of master bedroom and family room. They also repiped a good portion of the house due to a defective job done by a previous company. Workmanship was highest quality, I am beyond happy with their work. Adam is creative and accommodating at all times. My house looks beautiful.

We hired Adam / A Plus Design & Remodeling for a bathroom renovation as well as some other floor/wall work. We obtained 4 different bids and A Plus was in the competitive range. We ultimately decided on Adam due to his design ideas (he offers great advice), attention to detail, and glowing recommendations. Adam and his crew did a great job and what we appreciate most is that they'll do the job right even if it means having to take a step or two back to fix it. We found Adam to be honest, extremely fair throughout and creative in solving any problems that came along. Communication was great and he always came by to make sure things were going well. We would use them again and would highly recommend them.

We did a kitchen remodel a couple of years ago, and we were so pleased with Adam and his team that we hired them to do a major remodel of our house. The A Plus team handled everything and we didn't have to worry about anything, which is amazing considering how extensive the remodel was. It was very comforting to know that whatever came up, Adam would handle it. He also came up with unique solutions to some of the quirky features of our house and helped us to maximize the space we have. He was also very mindful of the style that we were going for and helped us to design a home that we are happy to wake up to everyday.

A+plus design and remodeling renovated my two living rooms into more then I had expected! Our project was out of their comfort zone as they mostly do kitchens and bath! But, I must say they far exceeded my expectations and I would like for them to come back and finish the rest of iur hime! Adam believes in making sure his customer is fully satisfied or he is not! We struggled a little but I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with and trust him with my home again! :)
