Essence Lighting

I walked in overwhelmed and expecting either to be ignored or stalked. Neither happened. Very helpful. I brought in pictures of the look I like. They were able to keep me in budget and meet my design wish list. Actually worked directly with the owner and later, the staff was so easy to follow up with. Loved my experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love shopping at Essence. The staff could not be more down-to-Earth and friendly. The ladies there know their stuff and are very helpful. Our firm has spent many hours in their showroom and purchased many items. The thing, above all else, that I have found that sets them apart from the competition is; if something does not come in correctly or the customer is not satisfied, they don't give me grief! I can't say how much that matters to a designer.
