This is only the second review ever written by me. I don't do social media. But I feel compelled to tell everyone how truly amazing and dedicated JPM is. Not only is the owner, Jason, a true professional. But more importantly, he does what he says, when he says it, and at fair prices. There is no up-sell ever. He has hired bright intelligent hard working people that are a true pleasure to have in your home or business. I have used JPM over the past decade for several very large installations on multiple buildings as well as on three very expensive residences. He treats each job as if it's the only one. I have referred him to several friends who will echo my sentiment. The nicest thing about JPM is their cleanliness, honesty, integrity and intelligence that is so hard to find in today's world when gum chewing sketchy 50 year old adolescents are much more common. I wish JPM had some international operations. They are that good!

Always the one and only company we call for our Heating and AC needs. We were getting 3 bids from various Heating & Air companies when we first met Jason with JPM. He didn't try to over sell us something we didn't need or wasn't appropriate for our home size. He took the time to educate us on various products and their warranties and what was best for our home. He is dependable, reliable and reasonably priced. I have friends, family and colleagues that have used JPM as well! We will trust nor use anyone else! Thanks Jason for making sure we are always taken care of!

Amazing. JPM heating and air has been a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. They did a full install in my home that had no previous ac or ducts of any kind. Everyone was extremely professional and friendly, and you could tell they really cared about doing a good job. The HERS tester that came out even complemented their work. All the work was completed in two days, and everything worked flawlessly.

I'm a property manager in the south bay area and recommend JPM to all my colleagues. I've worked with quite a few different companies and JPM has been the best. They communicate well and are able to get repairs done very quickly. I've only had positive experiences with them.

I hired JPM to install 4 individual mini split systems in my home. They came out and recommended where to place each unit for maximum efficiency. The installation was done in a timely manner with a minimum of mess. After a few weeks, I noted a problem with the performance of one of the interior units; the JPM installer came back out and, after contacting the manufacturer, diagnosed a faulty part and replaced it at no charge. I am very happy with the work done and plan to use JPM to provide regular maintenance service for the split system units in the future.

They are honest. I thought I had a bad igniter and it was only a disconnected wire. Problem solved, and they were polite and on time.

Jason has come to my rescue yet again! Our eldest son lives in Lakeside and the sweltering heat of last weekend still found Jason and his crew at his door by 6 a.m. on a "Saturday" to install an entire new A/C-Heating system. Then they came back this morning to replace all the old ducting. Jason has professionally installed equipment at our home, my sister's home, my daughter's home as well as an investment condo for me. Without exception he is the best! Feeling the HEAT......call JPM Heating and Air. Reasonable and dependable!

A passion for Customer service and creative thinking are two very limited resources in today environment. I found both with JPM Heating and Air. Presented multiple options and very flexible on installation. Professional and local company- is a huge benefit. Would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
