With the fans positioned directly over the outdoor dining space and the lounge area, these homeowners could enjoy a nice breeze regardless of where on their covered patio they chose to relax. To ensure plenty of clearance for the outdoor patio fans, the designers also extended the support columns to 14 feet making the space feel even more open and spacious. Additionally, to ensure their evening entertainment could carry on through the night, we also embedded LED ramping lights allowing the overhead fixtures to be dimmed for more intimate evenings.

We created this natural swimming pool in Southlake, TX featuring natural rock work and three separate swimming pool areas. The diving pool features a 1"x1" glass tile slide and a rock diving board. The play pool includes four glass tile swim up bar stools and the hot spring inspired spa overlooks the sunken bar area with custom cedar pergola. Swimming pool landscaping, landscape lighting, Olympic-grade underwater speakers, and state of the art pool equipment and pool hydraulics make this pool outstanding.

A view under an arbor toward an intimate seating area next to a trickling water feature and pond. Recycled sandstone curbing is used to create steps (on the left) and an upper terrace.

The home was purchased as a vacation property and needed to be completely remodeled inside and out. Being from New Jersey, the homeowners wanted to capture a tranquil, tropical look with as little maintenance as possible. We removed a lot of hardscape from the front yard, to soften the curb appeal and introduce color and texture. The homeowners wanted the backyard to be a retreat where they could sit and enjoy the space, and fully embrace the 'vacation' aspect of the home. We created a two-level deck and patio, with outdoor kitchen, retractable screen, and pergola for entertaining. Raised planters soften the space, and an accent wall buffers noise from the air conditioner. We re-roofed an existing tiki hut, where the homeowner practices yoga, and incorporated statues found on site.
