From the front yard, you can see into living room, through house, over the pool to the water in the river that runs behind it. Pineapple House designers bring native Florida limestone from the exterior to interior, using it as an accent wall. Four open, metal living room chandeliers add balance & rhythm to the space without obstructing views. The enormous glass walls meet all codes (they are hurricane rated) and are topped with transoms that also meet strict, necessary Florida codes.

This is a lovely, 2 story home in Littleton, Colorado. It backs up to the High Line Canal and has truly stunning mountain views. When our clients purchased the home it was stuck in a 1980's time warp and didn't quite function for the family of 5. They hired us to to assist with a complete remodel. We took out walls, moved windows, added built-ins and cabinetry and worked with the clients more rustic, transitional taste. Check back for photos of the clients kitchen renovation! The classics never go out of style, as is the case with this custom new build that was interior designed from the blueprint stages with enduring longevity in mind. An eye for scale is key with these expansive spaces calling for proper proportions, intentional details, liveable luxe materials and a melding of functional design with timeless aesthetics. The wall separating the kitchen from the living room was removed, creating this beautiful open concept living area. The carpeting was replaced with hardwood in a dark stain, and the blue, grey and white rug create a welcoming area to lounge on the new sectional. Gugel Photography A couple living in Washington Township wanted to completely open up their kitchen, dining, and living room space, replace dated materials and finishes and add brand-new furnishings, lighting, and décor to reimagine their space. They were dreaming of a complete kitchen remodel with a new footprint to make it more functional, as their old floor plan wasn't working for them anymore, and a modern fireplace remodel to breathe new life into their living room area. Our first step was to create a great room space for this couple by removing a wall to open up the space and redesigning the kitchen so that the refrigerator, cooktop, and new island were placed in the right way to increase functionality and prep surface area. Rain glass tile backsplash made for a stunning wow factor in the kitchen, as did the pendant lighting added above the island and new fixtures in the dining area and foyer. Since the client's favorite color was blue, we sprinkled it throughout the space with a calming gray and white palette to ground the colorful pops. Wood flooring added warmth and uniformity, while new dining and living room furnishings, rugs, and décor created warm, welcoming, and comfortable gathering areas with enough seating to entertain guests. Finally, we replaced the fireplace tile and mantel with modern white stacked stone for a contemporary update.

To accommodate the homeowner’s need for a new, functional entertainment center, we custom-designed new cabinets to fit their audio-visual equipment. Critical to the look they wanted, we had to find the right materials to stretch and cover the cabinet door openings, hiding the speakers behind.

The living room was completely renovated and enlarged 150 square feet by pushing out a rear wall. The ceiling was raised and vaulted, which naturally draws the eye upward and creates a sense of volume and spaciousness. New, larger windows as well as 12’ x 6’8” four-panel sliding glass doors aid in letting in more natural light, creating an inviting living space to entertain and gather with family and friends.
