This kitchen replaced the one original to this 1963 built residence. The now empty nester couple entertain frequently including their large extended family during the holidays. Separating work and social spaces was as important as crafting a space that was conducive to their love of cooking and hanging with family and friends. Simple lines, simple cleanup, and classic tones create an environment that will be in style for many years. Subtle unique touches like the painted wood ceiling, pop up island receptacle/usb and receptacles/usb hidden at the bottom of the upper cabinets add functionality and intrigue. Ample LED lighting on dimmers both ceiling and undercabinet mounted provide ample task lighting. SubZero 42” refrigerator, 36” Viking Range, island pendant lights by Restoration Hardware. The ceiling is framed with white cove molding, the dark colored beadboard actually elevates the feeling of height. It was sanded and spray painted offsite with professional automotive paint equipment. It reflects light beautifully. No one expects this kind of detail and it has been quite fun watching people’s reactions to it. There are white painted perimeter cabinets and Walnut stained island cabinets. A high gloss, mostly white floor was installed from the front door, down the foyer hall and into the kitchen. This was a typical kitchen from the 1970's, with orange-stained cabinets and awkward storage. The homowner choose to keep the current layout, but picked out some wonderfully updated materials, including grey shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, and a beautifully textured backsplash tile. She accented the kitchen with a whimsical teal light and accessories.

Along with the current white kitchen trend, this kitchen fits in perfectly with its twist on the blue color palette. This kitchen is an updated version of an old idea, with traditional subway tiles and color play on the blue tones. As part of Wellborn’s Estate Series, this kitchen combines a unique twist of an old French Café and modern elements; making the aesthetic design of this kitchen guaranteed to leave you in awe. In this kitchen by Wellborn Cabinet is a blend of Full Overlay and Beaded Inset cabinetry. The upper and lower cabinetry includes full overlay Lexington doors painted in our newly launched Oyster White color with smooth close drawer guides and door hinges. Architectural kitchen in black walnut. The room had beautiful views but little wall space so we designed around two islands with distinct purposes and a tall piece to house the appliances. The dresser had a hidden bar area with stow away doors, boiling tap and coffee machine hidden inside.

This is actually the second time Total Renos has done this kitchen. The owner of the company used to live in this house as a child. When he got into Renovations and cabinet making he renovated his parents kitchen for them. The before pictures show this beautiful Blue Wash kitchen. It was nice to go back and update this now outdated kitchen. Our Clients chose White Shaker Cabinetry, with a light Grey Quartz, and 4x12 grey subway tiles. We took out the bulkhead and added Top Box and Crown as well as updated the railing and lighting.

Главный враг гарнитура – солнечный свет! Именно поэтому сразу повесьте на кухне жалюзи либо шторы. Основное правило сохранения кухни в первозданном виде – экспресс-уборка. Она подразумевает своевременную уборку поверхностей сразу по окончанию готовки. Свежие пятна легко убирать салфетками. Сразу в начале приготовления блюд включайте вытяжку. Так, можно отфильтровать мельчайшие частицы, оседающие на белой кухне. Каждый месяц очищайте гарнитур жидкостью для посуды и теплой водой. В конце обязательно все поверхности нужно протереть насухо. Плитку и швы между ней легко очищают пастой из соды и уксуса. Если кухня стала желтеть, приготовьте смесь из стакана уксуса и ложкой соды с двумя стаканами теплой воды.
