Nos clients, une famille avec 3 enfants, ont fait l'acquisition de ce bien avec une jolie surface de type loft (200 m²). Cependant, ce dernier manquait de personnalité et il était nécessaire de créer de belles liaisons entre les différents étages afin d'obtenir un tout cohérent et esthétique. ⁠ ⁠ Nos équipes, en collaboration avec @charlotte_fequet, ont travaillé des tons pastel, camaïeux de bleus afin de créer une continuité et d’amener le ciel bleu à l’intérieur. ⁠ ⁠ Pour le sol du RDC, nous avons coulé du béton ciré @okre.eu afin d'accentuer le côté loft tout en réduisant les coûts de dépose parquet. Néanmoins, pour les pièces à l'étage, un nouveau parquet a été posé pour plus de chaleur. ⁠ ⁠ Au RDC, la chambre parentale a été remplacée par une cuisine. Elle s'ouvre à présent sur le salon, la salle à manger ainsi que la terrasse. La nouvelle cuisine offre à la fois un côté doux avec ses caissons peints en Biscuit vert (@ressource_peintures) et un côté graphique grâce à ses suspensions @celinewrightparis et ses deux verrières sur mesure. ⁠ ⁠ Ce côté graphique est également présent dans les SDB avec des carreaux de ciments signés @mosaic.factory. On y retrouve des choix avant-gardistes à l'instar des carreaux de ciments créés en collaboration avec Valentine Bärg ou encore ceux issus de la collection "Forma".⁠ ⁠ Des menuiseries sur mesure viennent embellir le loft tout en le rendant plus fonctionnel. Dans le salon, les rangements sous l'escalier et la banquette ; le salon TV où nos équipes ont fait du semi sur mesure avec des caissons @ikeafrance ; les verrières de la SDB et de la cuisine ; ou encore cette somptueuse bibliothèque qui vient structurer le couloir

A great example of "Transitional" design on a smaller scale. This North Scottsdale Condo was design using white Shaker style cabinets in the kitchen and for the island. The counter tops are a quartz with marble veining and the backsplash uses the original brick. The floors are a wood plank porcelain in a lighter wood tone. The design brightens up the space and creates the illusion of extra space. Enjoy!

A beautilful hand crafted inframe kitchen from our Classic Collection. The doors and frames are made from solid Ash and hand painted in Salter Stone (Colortrend) and London Stone (Farrow & Ball). The cabinetry has been design and manufactured bespoke by us, allowing it run the full height of the ceiling. Additional storage is provided by the bespoke New York syle dresser. We created a large open floor plan in the middle of the house with custom smokehouse cabinets, custom wheelchair friendly Kitchen complete with Nouveau Calcatta white quartz counter tops. The back splash matches perfectly to the counter tops and extends to the ceiling with Floating shelves. We created Vaulted, tongue in groove wood ceilings with a beautiful white wash that complements the Multi Slide doors leading out to the patio with custom made trapezoid shaped windows above. There are 8x32 Aequa Tur wood tile floors throughout the entire home, apart from the Master Bathroom and one of the Hall bathrooms.

Bespoke Handleless Shaker kitchen with the main runs painted in Little Greene 'French Grey Dark' (163) and the island in Little Greene 'Basalt' (221). The Silestone Yukon worktops are 30mm thick and one end of the island is curved. The sinks in the kitchen are Silestone Integrity Due integrated sinks and the taps are by Quooker. The grey pendant lights tie in with the grey painted cabinets whilst the black 3-oven dual control AGA adds contrast.

For a family that loves hosting large gatherings, this expansive home is a dream; boasting two unique entertaining spaces, each expanding onto outdoor-living areas, that capture its magnificent views. The sheer size of the home allows for various ‘experiences’; from a rec room perfect for hosting game day and an eat-in wine room escape on the lower-level, to a calming 2-story family greatroom on the main. Floors are connected by freestanding stairs, framing a custom cascading-pendant light, backed by a stone accent wall, and facing a 3-story waterfall. This San Diego remodel masterfully blends the aesthetic style of this home with the necessities of a functional lifestyle. This standard builder grade kitchen was in need of a modern update which was accomplished with thoughtful accents, color selections and more. Replacing the outdated cabinets with a classic white and black pallet made the pairing feel modern or traditional, depending on the use of accessories and surrounding materials. Stacking cabinets took advantage of gorgeous, high ceilings and brought volume to the space, while delivering multiple storage options with a custom feel. For this particular client, we added touches of grey marble and dramatic blue glass to bring a contemporary edge to this kitchen. In addition, the wood look porcelain tile throughout the space brings kitchen, dining, and family room together to create an open concept with connection and flow and virtually zero maintenance for a busy family.
