All good questions to ask! They were committed to making this home for a while, they decided to do a full remodel. The kitchen was not living up to its potential both visually and functionally. The dark cabinets and countertop made the room feel dull. And the major drawback, a large corner pantry that was eating into the room, make it appear smaller than it was. We started by ditching the corner pantry. It created a perfectly centered spot for the new professional range and made room for a much larger island that now houses a beverage center, microwave drawer, seating for three and tons of storage. The multi-generational family does a ton of cooking, so this kitchen gets used! We spent lots of time fine tuning the storage devices and planning where critical items would be stored. This included the new pantry area across from the refrigerator that houses small appliances and food staples. Space planning in this kitchen space was essential. We focused on using smaller appliances like the 30" double oven with rang, an 18" dishwasher, and a narrow fridge to allow for more counter space.

In this kitchen renovation we installed Medallion Silverline Lancaster Cherry Cabinets with Chestnut stain accented with a Medallion Gold Potters Mill Cherry Mission arched valance 4x60 with Chestnut stain accented with Amerock caramel bronze pull. For the countertops, we installed Cambria Quartz surfacing in Bradshaw color with bullnose edge. The backsplash was created using 3x6 Durango tile with Daltile stone radiance glass and stone pieces with a pearl grout. An Elkay sink with Kohler stainless steel faucet. On the floor porcelain wood look tile in light Chocolate was installed.

We removed the old "builder grade" cabinets that were missing lots of function. Replaced with maple wood Schrock cabinetry. Creating more space in the corners and making the island larger. There is much more functional storage space and room for the wine cooler that the customer wanted. The colors were chosen to go with the current theme of the home. In this serene family home we worked in a palette of soft gray/blues and warm walnut wood tones that complimented the clients' collection of original South African artwork. We happily incorporated vintage items passed down from relatives and treasured family photos creating a very personal home where this family can relax and unwind. Quintessential Home For Luxe Living Spire partnered up with Moceri and built the Villa Cortile, one of the homes in the Pinnacle subdivision in Oakland Township, MI. The home features a grand circular dining room that leads to a cozy library/wine room at one end and a bar and two pantries at the other. It includes two French balconies that overlook the pool. A master suite wing with a separate sitting room warmed by a two-way fireplace, which is centered on the floating tub in the spa bath. It also includes a lower level that opens directly to the swimming pool and hot tub. This home was featured in the Ultimate Homearama in 2014. An event that provide visitors with the ultimate in luxury home living, design trends and ideas that are attainable in their own home.

A beautilful hand crafted inframe kitchen from our Classic Collection. The doors and frames are made from solid Ash and hand painted in Salter Stone (Colortrend) and London Stone (Farrow & Ball). The cabinetry has been design and manufactured bespoke by us, allowing it run the full height of the ceiling. Additional storage is provided by the bespoke New York syle dresser. This was a small space so we packed as much function into it as we could. The toe kicks are drawers. Everything pulls out and there is access to every inch of space in this kitchen. We went with a simple clean design that wouldn't overwhelm the space.
