Quintessential Home For Luxe Living Spire partnered up with Moceri and built the Villa Cortile, one of the homes in the Pinnacle subdivision in Oakland Township, MI. The home features a grand circular dining room that leads to a cozy library/wine room at one end and a bar and two pantries at the other. It includes two French balconies that overlook the pool. A master suite wing with a separate sitting room warmed by a two-way fireplace, which is centered on the floating tub in the spa bath. It also includes a lower level that opens directly to the swimming pool and hot tub. This home was featured in the Ultimate Homearama in 2014. An event that provide visitors with the ultimate in luxury home living, design trends and ideas that are attainable in their own home.

Here you can see the other side of the island which uses drawerline units ideal for storing cutlery and table accessories. Off to the right you can also see the sink area with a large ceramic double bowl sink with towel storage down the side.

A beautilful hand crafted inframe kitchen from our Classic Collection. The doors and frames are made from solid Ash and hand painted in Salter Stone (Colortrend) and London Stone (Farrow & Ball). The cabinetry has been design and manufactured bespoke by us, allowing it run the full height of the ceiling. Additional storage is provided by the bespoke New York syle dresser. This renovation involved expanding the kitchen space into an adjacent office area, creating a side entry, new kitchen layout that worked well for two cooks, professional grade appliances, oversized island with seating on two sides, eat-in area, sitting area and furniture look cabinets with both stained and painted finishes. We enlarged an existing window by creating a boxed bay at the relocated sink and designed a continuous quartzite counter which serves as planting ledge for herbs and flowers. Some of the appliances were integrated into the cabinetry with panels, while others were designed as impact pieces. Custom designed cabinets include a large mantel style chimney hood with vent insert, furniture grade hutch with leaded glass doors, contrasting stained island with seating on two sides, bar with wine refrigerator and deep drawers, and a galley style butler's pantry which provides secondary prep space and ample storage. Details such as shaped cabinet feet, upper glass front cabinets, pull-out trash drawer, spice columns and hidden drawers and storage make this newly designed kitchen space feel luxurious and function perfectly. Traditional materials and forms meld seamlessly with industrial accents and modern amenities. Mixed metals are used in a balanced and dynamic way with warm gold tone cabinet hardware, stainless steel and chrome all working in harmony.
