An eclectic, modern media room with bold accents of black metals, natural woods, and terra cotta tile floors. We wanted to design a fresh and modern hangout spot for these clients, whether they’re hosting friends or watching the game, this entertainment room had to fit every occasion. We designed a full home bar, which looks dashing right next to the wooden accent wall and foosball table. The sitting area is full of luxe seating, with a large gray sofa and warm brown leather arm chairs. Additional seating was snuck in via black metal chairs that fit seamlessly into the built-in desk and sideboard table (behind the sofa).... In total, there is plenty of seats for a large party, which is exactly what our client needed. Lastly, we updated the french doors with a chic, modern black trim, a small detail that offered an instant pick-me-up. The black trim also looks effortless against the black accents. This cozy Family Room is brought to life by the custom sectional and soft throw pillows. This inviting sofa with chaise allows for plenty of seating around the built in flat screen TV. The floor to ceiling windows offer lots of light and views to a beautiful setting.

The room blends traditional with rustic charm. We brought in a warm taupe's, brown and cream colors to make the room feel more open and soothing. We ordered oversized furniture so that the family could lounge and completely redid the fireplace wall as it was originally covered with tile that hid the brick. The oversized area rug helps anchor the conversation area.

Most traditional older homes are set up with a dark, closed off kitchen, which is what this kitchen used to be. It had potential and we came in to open its doors to the family room to allow for seating, reconfigured the kitchen cabinetry, and also refinished and refaced the cabinetry. Some of the finishes include Taj Mahal Quartzite, White Dove finish on cabinetry, shaker style doors and doors with a bead, subway backsplash, and shiplap fireplace.
