The loggia's exterior surface is limed brick with cedar shake roof accentuated with contrasting copper gutters and downspouts. This entertainment and outdoor seating area is used year-round with its fireplace and comfortable seating. The TV integrates into a teak and steel millwork piece of furniture. The pool also features a set of full-end steps. Both the pool and hot tub coping are Valders Wisconsin Limestone. Both the pool and the hot tub are outfitted with automatic pool safety covers with custom stone lid systems. The pool and hot tub finish is Wet Edge Primera Stone Midnight Breeze.. The pool deck is mortar set Valders Wisconsin Limestone, and the pool deck retaining wall is a stone veneer with Valders Wisconsin coping. The masonry planters are also veneered in stone with Valders Wisconsin Limestone caps. The 8'0" round spa sits nicely inside the swimming pool footprint, and both bodies of water are covered by the unique Deck-on-Deck "Picture Frame" automatic pool safety cover feature. This system allows an automatic pool cover to fit over a non-rectilinear pool. Valder's Flamed Gray pool and spa coping surround the pools. Valders Limestone pavers make up the two levels of decking and seating areas.

This cabana's kitchenette is in keeping with the French eclectism showing off its timbered and pecky cypress with a weathered silver finish. The staining on the timbered ceilings is a custom blend that coordinates with the bleaching oil on the exterior of the home. Thermador appliances and stainless steel countertops make this a comfortable place to prepare snacks and entertain. Blue ice sandstone continues into both of the pool pavilions, adding a cooling effect to the feet.
