ATIID collaborated with these homeowners to curate new furnishings throughout the home while their down-to-the studs, raise-the-roof renovation, designed by Chambers Design, was underway. Pattern and color were everything to the owners, and classic “Americana” colors with a modern twist appear in the formal dining room, great room with gorgeous new screen porch, and the primary bedroom. Custom bedding that marries not-so-traditional checks and florals invites guests into each sumptuously layered bed. Vintage and contemporary area rugs in wool and jute provide color and warmth, grounding each space. Bold wallpapers were introduced in the powder and guest bathrooms, and custom draperies layered with natural fiber roman shades ala Cindy’s Window Fashions inspire the palettes and draw the eye out to the natural beauty beyond. Luxury abounds in each bathroom with gleaming chrome fixtures and classic finishes. A magnetic shade of blue paint envelops the gourmet kitchen and a buttery yellow creates a happy basement laundry room. This kitchen remodel was for two empty nesters. Their townhouse had a small working space in the kitchen with a little breakfast nook that served more as a drop zone and storage area than functional kitchen space. We completely reconfigures the spaced by moving the sink and range to the long wall adding a beverage center and drop zone as you enter through the garage and a small island for prep and conversation. The finishes include maple stained cabinet, as they didn’t want a white kitchen, with a dark blue island . They love traveling and collecting momentous from their favorite destinations. The Italian hand blown glass pendant over the sink tied the space together and made it feel special to their style. Overall, the flow is much more functional and offers ample counter space. They love working at the island when making cookies with their grandson.

This historic home came with it's challenges but we worked with the bones we had in place to add and create a more functional space that gave my clients more storage and openness for what was once a compartmentalized home. First order of business was take the wall out between kitchen and living room, this gave the family a straight view through to the front of the home. The living room needed some storage, and overflow pantry storage, so we did a wall to wall, floor to ceiling custom cabinetry that surrounded the TV to give us that. we had the door style made to mate the unique kitchen cabinets. The breakfast bar was a great addition since we wanted a perching place to sit for a meal or to swivel around to watch a game!

This 1922 beautiful home needed a kitchen to match its beauty. The peninsula was removed, and an island was added. The new cabinets were done in a maple seamless shaker door from the Kitchen Solvers Classic Collection line done in a stunning Isle of Pines color. Next, we installed a new Quartz countertop in Calcatta Alta MSI and a white bevel 3 x 6 backsplash with silver Mapie 27 grout. We also added a bar area with custom shelving. The colors, style, and the finishes all tie in and give this kitchen an updated sophisticated look. It is also now more open, inviting, and functioning.

Keeping all the warmth and tradition of this cottage in the newly renovated space.

A stunning entertainment home! Removing 4 walls and extending the kitchen space by less than 40 sf. did amazing things for this space—now it's completely open to the living area & gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the Fullerton trails. The attention to details make it all come together: black Cambria quartz counter, Wolf stove, Rolf faucet, custom-built cabinetry, pop up electrical outlets, and the custom-cut marble tile backsplash. The transformation also included updating the laundry room & squeezing in a powder room.
