ATIID collaborated with these homeowners to curate new furnishings throughout the home while their down-to-the studs, raise-the-roof renovation, designed by Chambers Design, was underway. Pattern and color were everything to the owners, and classic “Americana” colors with a modern twist appear in the formal dining room, great room with gorgeous new screen porch, and the primary bedroom. Custom bedding that marries not-so-traditional checks and florals invites guests into each sumptuously layered bed. Vintage and contemporary area rugs in wool and jute provide color and warmth, grounding each space. Bold wallpapers were introduced in the powder and guest bathrooms, and custom draperies layered with natural fiber roman shades ala Cindy’s Window Fashions inspire the palettes and draw the eye out to the natural beauty beyond. Luxury abounds in each bathroom with gleaming chrome fixtures and classic finishes. A magnetic shade of blue paint envelops the gourmet kitchen and a buttery yellow creates a happy basement laundry room. Historic renovation- Joined parlor and kitchen to create one giant kitchen with access to new Solarium on the back of the house. Panel ready, built in appliances including Thermdor Fridge, Miele coffee center wtih pull out table, xo panel ready bar french door bar fridge and panel ready dishwasher. Custom oak hood made from old wood in the house to match aged trim. This is a cook's kitchen with everything a chef would want. The key was angling the sink to allow for all the wishes of the Client.

Beautiful Tudor home in historic Edgemere neighborhood in Oklahoma City. A portion of the original cabinets were restored and additional cabinets added. The result is a perfect kitchen for a historic home. This small space has everything a cook could want!

A stunning entertainment home! Removing 4 walls and extending the kitchen space by less than 40 sf. did amazing things for this space—now it's completely open to the living area & gorgeous wall of windows overlooking the Fullerton trails. The attention to details make it all come together: black Cambria quartz counter, Wolf stove, Rolf faucet, custom-built cabinetry, pop up electrical outlets, and the custom-cut marble tile backsplash. The transformation also included updating the laundry room & squeezing in a powder room.

A small kitchenette provides guests with the ability to whip up a small snack or make themselves coffee or tea in the morning.

To evoke a Charleston vibe in this kitchen, a brick and mortar backsplash in earthy tones was installed to compliment the rich wood stained cabinetry. Lantern pendant lights were selected for over the 8-foot island. New quartz countertops completed this kitchen update.

GENEVA CABINET COMPANY, LLC., Lake Geneva, WI., -We say “oui” to French Country style in a home reminiscent of a French Country Chateau. The flawless kitchen features Plato Woodwork Premier Custom Cabinetry with a Dove White Newport style door and Walnut island. Difiniti Quartz countertops present in Viarreggio with hardware in a warm gold patina finish.

Inspired by the surrounding landscape, the Craftsman/Prairie style is one of the few truly American architectural styles. It was developed around the turn of the century by a group of Midwestern architects and continues to be among the most comfortable of all American-designed architecture more than a century later, one of the main reasons it continues to attract architects and homeowners today. Oxbridge builds on that solid reputation, drawing from Craftsman/Prairie and classic Farmhouse styles. Its handsome Shingle-clad exterior includes interesting pitched rooflines, alternating rows of cedar shake siding, stone accents in the foundation and chimney and distinctive decorative brackets. Repeating triple windows add interest to the exterior while keeping interior spaces open and bright. Inside, the floor plan is equally impressive. Columns on the porch and a custom entry door with sidelights and decorative glass leads into a spacious 2,900-square-foot main floor, including a 19 by 24-foot living room with a period-inspired built-ins and a natural fireplace. While inspired by the past, the home lives for the present, with open rooms and plenty of storage throughout. The existing kitchen was completely remodeled to create a compact chef's kitchen. The client is a true chef, who teaches cooking classes, and we were able to get a professional grade kitchen in an 11x7 footprint! The new island creates adequate prep space. The bookcases on the front add a ton of storage and interesting display in an otherwise useless walkway. The South wall is the exposed brick original to the 1900's home. To compliment the brick, we chose a warm nutmeg stain in cherry cabinets. The countertops are a durable quartz that look like marble but are sturdy enough for this work horse kitchen. The retro pendants are oversized to add a lot of interest in this small space.
