The Kingsley plan is an open layout ranch with three bedrooms and two baths. A second floor bonus room option is available, with several layouts. The large family room and formal dining room are open to one another, and connected to the kitchen with a serving/dining counter. The breakfast area is surrounded by natural light. A covered patio is included at the rear of the home and sheltered by the primary bedroom and breakfast area wings of the house for maximum privacy. The garage connects to the house via the utility room, and a pantry, coat closet and optional drop zone keep everyone organized entering the kitchen and living spaces of the home. The primary suite overlooks the rear yard and includes a spacious bedroom, a luxury bath with garden tub, separate shower, feature window, double vanity, enclosed commode with linen closet, and a large closet. A four foot primary bedroom extension is available. Additional luxury bath options are available, as shown in this model home. Bedrooms two and three share a bath and are accessed by a hall off the entry. Exterior details include a hip roof and covered entry.

Our clients wanted to create an open plan kitchen/diner from two existing rooms in their already beautiful house. Building work was undertaken that would allow us to create a space that would incorporate our signature, handmade cabinetry and an almost three-metre island. Completed with Blue Mare granite, engineered oak flooring and appliances from Miele, Wolf and Quooker, this is a project that was a pleasure to work on, for clients that we loved working with.

Someone who we work with regularly is Lucinda Sanford, a fantastic interior designer based in London. She first contacted us in late 2013 to see if we could help her with a project in Gilstead Road. As you walk in through the front door of the property you enter the hallway which leads off into the rest of the house. To give the illusion of space in this narrow hallway Lucinda asked us to design, manufacture and install two bespoke internal steel windows to give a sneak preview of the stunning family room which sits adjacent to the hallway. As you can see from the pictures the black of the steel frames really fits well with the deep red of the room. In keeping with this design style Lucinda also asked us to install a set of bespoke central double doors in the entrance to the family room. Lucinda was keen to keep this style of bespoke steel framed windows and doors running throughout the property wherever possible and asked us to also design, manufacture and install a set of bespoke French doors at the rear of the property. We installed a single right-hand side door with fixed screens and fanlights above. This feature really allowed natural light to flood the kitchen diner which, with no other space for additional windows, could’ve otherwise been quite a dark space. Our work paired with Lucinda’s keen eye for detail and style really suited this property and it was the beginning of our working relationship which has continued to grow ever since. A different take on a pickled finish! The warmth and richness of the maple grain show beautifully though this gray wash finish. Inset style cabinetry with finished Shaker paneled ends elevate this kitchen's look. A custom 13" deep hutch gives this kitchen additional storage and counter space for small appliances, paneled on each side, but open and airy in the middle!
