Extensive custom millwork can be seen throughout the entire home, but especially in the family room. Floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors with cremone bolts allow for an abundance of natural light and unobstructed water views.

Welcome to an Updated English home. While the feel was kept English, the home has modern touches to keep it fresh and modern. The family room was the most modern of the rooms so that there would be comfortable seating for family and guests. The family loves color, so the addition of orange was added for more punch.

By using an area rug to define the seating, a cozy space for hanging out is created while still having room for the baby grand piano, a bar and storage. Tiering the millwork at the fireplace, from coffered ceiling to floor, creates a graceful composition, giving focus and unifying the room by connecting the coffered ceiling to the wall paneling below. Light fabrics are used throughout to keep the room light, warm and peaceful- accenting with blues.

This grand and historic home renovation transformed the structure from the ground up, creating a versatile, multifunctional space. A carved limestone fireplace surrounded by a mantel featuring carved heraldic shields standing across from a stately dais creates the atmosphere of an old world royal lodge. Handcrafted planks of golden oak laid straight are combined with the custom Versailles parquet in a bespoke design throughout the home. A continuation from the kitchen is the family room. The fireplace mantel and built-in's are in the same white paint from Dura Supreme cabinetry. The tile surround is subway tile of Calacatta marble. Decorative panels all around the fireplace wall create a beautiful seamless design to tie into the kitchen.

This Heights bungalow room found new purpose as a favorite spot to read, thanks to a cohesive theme of blue and white and a comfortable ottoman to prop the feet. The ottoman was remade from one that had been in part of a previous design, and was updated to be more tailored. The whole room was inspired by the painting and the blue and white objects scattered around the home, which were assembled on the bookshelf to make a statement. The chandelier added bling and nods to the dining room across the hall.
