This home was a large estate has had several large additions over the years with one of the largest addition's vinyl siding buckling and coming off. We replaced it with new Hardie lap siding and board and batten to tie the addition design back to the house while maintaining interest in the siding. We finished off the whole house in Sherwin Williams Rain Refresh paint.

This 6,000sf luxurious custom new construction 5-bedroom, 4-bath home combines elements of open-concept design with traditional, formal spaces, as well. Tall windows, large openings to the back yard, and clear views from room to room are abundant throughout. The 2-story entry boasts a gently curving stair, and a full view through openings to the glass-clad family room. The back stair is continuous from the basement to the finished 3rd floor / attic recreation room. 昭和九年に建てられた旧猪子家住宅。朽ち果てる寸前であったこの建物を2015年から2017年に掛けて修繕した。 外観はそのままに、痛んでいるところを補修し、和室などは壁仕上げをやり直した。台所については、多少リフォームされたいたが、「たたき土間」や「水場」など、昔の「竈（くど）」ように改修した。
