Welcome to our latest kitchen renovation project, where classic French elegance meets contemporary design in the heart of Great Falls, VA. In this transformation, we aim to create a stunning kitchen space that exudes sophistication and charm, capturing the essence of timeless French style with a modern twist. Our design centers around a harmonious blend of light gray and off-white tones, setting a serene and inviting backdrop for this kitchen makeover. These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming. To infuse a sense of nature and add a striking focal point, we have carefully selected green cabinets. The rich green hue, reminiscent of lush gardens, brings a touch of the outdoors into the space, creating a unique and refreshing visual appeal. The cabinets will be thoughtfully placed to optimize both functionality and aesthetics. Throughout the project, our focus is on creating a seamless integration of design elements to produce a cohesive and visually stunning kitchen. The cabinetry, hood, light fixture, and other details will be meticulously crafted using high-quality materials, ensuring longevity and a timeless appeal. Custom french-cafe-inspired hood with an accent of calacattta marble 3x6 subway tile. A center piece of the white Nostalgie Series 36 Inch Freestanding Dual Fuel Range with Natural Gas and 5 Sealed Brass Burners to pull all the gold accents together. Small custom-built island wrapped with bead board and topped with a honed Calacatta Vagli marble with ogee edges. Black ocean honed granite throughout kitchen to bring it durability, function, and contrast!

This sophisticated french country remodel added unbelievable charm to the homeowners large kitchen and dining space. With an off white perimeter and rich stained island the space feels elegant and well planned. Intricate details can be found throughout the kitchen, including glass inserts with mullion detail, corbels, large crown molding, decorative toe treatments, built-in wood hood, turned posts and contrasting hardware.

This close up image shows off our hand-carved and hand-painted Medieval Floral Tiles in the color combination Helsinki. Here the there are 4x4" tiles in our Marshmallow as well as 4x4" Medievals in Helsinki and 2x2" Medievals with L-Cut Outs.

A Somerset Kitchen. Small, so the family went with cosy; a long, low cladded ceiling, deep sink and a tidy arrangement of Open Slatted Shelves and cupboards, all while letting the warm light pour in from the garden. An Aga makes for a central hub, and treasured finds dot the space.

These days, we design the Butler’s Pantry and Walk In Pantry to do the “heavy lifting” ?? for the kitchen. With undercounter refrigerators, appliance stations, built-in microwaves, these back-kitchen zones are the workhorses ? of the kitchen. And we believe they should be just as gorgeous!

This small kitchen was inaccessible from the existing dining room. The rooms adjacent to the kitchen were needing natural light and improved flow. Opening the wall between the spaces, updating all the systems, finishes and reworking the layout turned this outdated space into as sensation shabby-chic redux! Jay Fram Photography

Desiring a whimsical French Country style with a twist, we used playful yet sophisticated colors. A creamy, whipped butter, color was paired with a burnt orange to create contrast and interest.
