French Country Gourmet Kitchen Complete Renovation of a Modern Kitchen Design formerly with Light Oak Cabinets to a charming and inviting French Country New Orleans Kitchen. We made a contrasting island to offset the cream units and mixed a Spanish style tile with a more standard metro style tile so that the pattern was a little more sympathetic and not over powering. This picture shows a close up of the island with a rustic top made from stained scaffolding boards. You can get a more finished effect if you prefer it by putting them through a thicknesses and biscuit jointing them and then finishing with a high polish but it wasn't the look for this particular house.

Newmatic supplied the built in kitchen appliances to this villa located in Kenya. A unique layout with 2 cooking zones an island partnered with an induction hob and a robotic wall hood with a full sized gas cooktop.

We preserved the original functionality of the client's hutch, which was used for storing various pans and produce. However, one notable addition we made was the inclusion of a cutting board. The hutch was originally positioned at a lower height than the counter, enabling the client to sit and comfortably prepare their produce. With the new counter height, this wouldn't have been as convenient. By incorporating the cutting board, we not only lowered the working surface but also provided ample room for the client to place their feet underneath.
