Après plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer. Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour. La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. We put in an expansive 14 ft. multifunctional island with a dining nook. We added on a large, walk-in pantry space that flows seamlessly from the kitchen. All appliances are new, built-in, and some cladded to match the custom glazed cabinetry. We even installed an automated attic door in the new Utility Room that operates with a remote. New windows were installed in the addition to let the natural light in and provide views to their gorgeous property.

The client wanted a bright and functional kitchen with a custom design including a new island and a separate walk-in food pantry. All this while respecting her preference for French-Country styling and tradition decorative elements. She also wanted to add functional storage as well as increase the counter space for food prep. The whole area was too cluttered and dark, so we brightened it up with the off-white millwork, ship lapped ceiling and the gorgeous wall tiles and beadboard. The walk-in pantry is well outfitted with integrated appliances, custom deep drawers and open shelving. Materials used: Taj Mahal Quartzite stone countertops, Custom wood cabinetry lacquered with antique finish, Off white glazed subway tile backsplash, Wood butcher block counter for custom L-shaped island and walk-in pantry, Recessed wall ovens and microwave in food pantry, Heated white-oak wood floor, Panel-ready fridge and dishwasher, antique vintage glass pendant lighting, beadboard walls for open shelving in the pantry, shiplap ceilings with recessed lighting.
