It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with the owners of this custom home while it was still under construction. The early planning allowed LWB to design the topographic features of the site to fit into the amenities that the clients desired such as an organically shaped swimming pool, a spa, planting, etc. The extreme grades in the backyard created an opportunity to place the spa overlooking the pool. The unique grading situation also allowed the pool utilities to be built underneath the lawn in a vented room, hidden from view. Waterfalls in the pool and a water wall help to create a relaxing experience in the homeowner's backyard. This Project was awarded with a coveted Grand Award in Residential Installation $50,001 & Over by the Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association.

Incredible rustic indoor pool house add on designed by John Easterling, third generation home builder and general contractor.
 A vaulted tongue and groove design was used for the ceiling of this space and the walls included a variety of natural materials like exposed stone, wood, and sheet metal. This design gave this pool house a warm and zen-like feeling with its range of natural & organic colors and textures.

Tropics Blue with Abalone Shell give this water it's rich, medium blue color. Mega Old Towne pavers and bull-nosed coping in Sierra meet against 6 x 6 frost-proof waterline tile in a blue/brown combo to tie it together. To give it a more Rustic look we wrapped the spa surround in ledger stone and topped it with a custom stone-cap that's hand-cut and rounded by Mike himself. 3 deck-jets and a bubbler on the sun ledge are additional water-features for sound and ambiance while running the spa.

The pool features a covered pavilion flanked by a water feature on one side and a waterslide on the other. The rectangular gunite pool has an automatic safety cover designed to withstand the weight of errant deer or other wildlife wandering through the property.

Cabana / pool house is constructed with rough cut cedar board and batten style. The simplicity of this pool house compliment the elegance of the rectangular shape pool and raised spa.
