Featured on HGTV's "Cool Pools", the "Scuba Pool" was inspired by the homeowner's love for scuba diving, so we created stone tunnels and a deep diving area as well as lazy rivers and two grottos connected by a native Oklahoma boulder waterfall. A large beach entry gives young ones plenty of play space as well. These homeowners can entertain large groups easily with this multi-function outdoor space. This pool project in Titusville, NJ features a Natural boulder waterfall with other boulders built into the coping and a diving stone. These natural boulders blend in nicely with the natural surrounding forest. To contrast the natural boulders, there is a paver sitting wall and paver fire pit alongside the pool. The pool also features a cozy corner and blue tiling to accent the natural boulders and surrounding forest.

It was a pleasure and a privilege to work with the owners of this custom home while it was still under construction. The early planning allowed LWB to design the topographic features of the site to fit into the amenities that the clients desired such as an organically shaped swimming pool, a spa, planting, etc. The extreme grades in the backyard created an opportunity to place the spa overlooking the pool. The unique grading situation also allowed the pool utilities to be built underneath the lawn in a vented room, hidden from view. Waterfalls in the pool and a water wall help to create a relaxing experience in the homeowner's backyard. This Project was awarded with a coveted Grand Award in Residential Installation $50,001 & Over by the Ohio Nursery & Landscape Association.

Concrete Pool with Vanishing Edge and Waterfall. Above the pool are a Hot Tub and a Cool Tub! That will seat 15. The Waterfall at its height of 12 foot acts as a jumping rock to plunge into the 12 deep end of the pool. The project also has two fire bowls on either side of the vanishing edge and two other separate fire pits at opposite sides of the outdoor living area. Nestled above Lake Toxaway near Asheville and Brevard, North Carolina, the Mountain Lake Pool epitomizes the natural surroundings and includes a stream and waterfall from the front of the house, under a bridge and around the left-in-place boulder to the left in the photo. A grotto and "swimming hole" top off the experience as the water flows around the stepping stones and over another waterfall.

The homeowner had purchased the home which was exactly what they wanted but they did not like the style of the existing pool, and hired us to come up with a design that would compliment the surrounding woods and style of the home. We removed the existing pool and reconfigured the design to accomodate the entertaining needs of the family. Award winning pool and spa design. Tropics Blue with Abalone Shell give this water it's rich, medium blue color. Mega Old Towne pavers and bull-nosed coping in Sierra meet against 6 x 6 frost-proof waterline tile in a blue/brown combo to tie it together. To give it a more Rustic look we wrapped the spa surround in ledger stone and topped it with a custom stone-cap that's hand-cut and rounded by Mike himself. 3 deck-jets and a bubbler on the sun ledge are additional water-features for sound and ambiance while running the spa.

This hill country home has several outdoor living spaces including this above ground swimming pool. The stone flooring is 12x24 Cantera stone tile in Recinto color. It is accented with 6x12 Antique Saltillo tile - also known as antique terra cotta tile. The barstools are also topped with custom fit cantera stone seating. The coping edges are also Cantera stone coping pieces in Recinto. This is similar to a volcanic rock. Drive up to practical luxury in this Hill Country Spanish Style home. The home is a classic hacienda architecture layout. It features 5 bedrooms, 2 outdoor living areas, and plenty of land to roam. Mossy boulders accent the edge of this two level pool and jacuzzi in a natural and rustic design. Flagstone coping borders the swimming pool. Huge rocks cantilever over the main swimming pool allowing a sheet of water to cascade down. You can swim through the wide waterfall to a seat bench for shade from the sun. A six foot infinity edge separates the upper toddler pool from the main lower pool. Adding to the entertainment area is an outdoor kitchen which sits in a lanai (a covered porch design originating in Hawaii). The lanai pulls the elements of outside closer to the home. Along the back side of the lower level pool sits a rare stone retaining wall. The type of stone used for this wall is not typically found in this region. The retaining wall contains a built in plant pocket.
