This 5687 sf home was a major renovation including significant modifications to exterior and interior structural components, walls and foundations. Included were the addition of several multi slide exterior doors, windows, new patio cover structure with master deck, climate controlled wine room, master bath steam shower, 4 new gas fireplace appliances and the center piece- a cantilever structural steel staircase with custom wood handrail and treads. A complete demo down to drywall of all areas was performed excluding only the secondary baths, game room and laundry room where only the existing cabinets were kept and refinished. Some of the interior structural and partition walls were removed. All flooring, counter tops, shower walls, shower pans and tubs were removed and replaced. New cabinets in kitchen and main bar by Mid Continent. All other cabinetry was custom fabricated and some existing cabinets refinished. Counter tops consist of Quartz, granite and marble. Flooring is porcelain tile and marble throughout. Wall surfaces are porcelain tile, natural stacked stone and custom wood throughout. All drywall surfaces are floated to smooth wall finish. Many electrical upgrades including LED recessed can lighting, LED strip lighting under cabinets and ceiling tray lighting throughout. The front and rear yard was completely re landscaped including 2 gas fire features in the rear and a built in BBQ. The pool tile and plaster was refinished including all new concrete decking.

An ombre-effect drips down the Artistic Tile wall mosaic, adding movement and character into this powder room. A custom vanity featuring a mother of pearl mosaic panel sits beautifully on acrylic legs, providing a floating effect while the fixtures add an elegant "twist." A grasscloth wallpaper maintains a soothing look with it's organic texture ina light blue hue.

An elegant Powder Room has softly pearlescent wall tiles that glowingly offset a minimal vanity design. Custom interior doors are Mahogany wood stained a taupe-gray with stainless steel inlays. Modern design favors clean lines, open spaces, minimal architectural elements + furnishings. It was important to create a powder room that guests would love! The client was really open to having a bit of fun in this space. We chose an interesting geometric tile with some lovely pale pink and copper tones. We had a custom sized vanity made by Nood Co and used black finishes throughout to create a strong contrast The challenge of the space was it had no natural light. We made up for this by adding in some really lovely warm lighting on a dimmer, completing the elegant and moody feel.

Hidden below the stairs and behind a pocket door, the Powder Room is a little gem. An glass tile accent wall features a glass vessel sink with a polished chrome waterfall faucet with textured wallpaper for a bit of sparkle.

We wanted to make a statement in the small powder bathroom with the color blue! Hand-painted wood tiles are on the accent wall behind the mirror, toilet, and sink, creating the perfect pop of design. Brass hardware and plumbing is used on the freestanding sink to give contrast to the blue and green color scheme. An elegant mirror stands tall in order to make the space feel larger. Light green penny floor tile is put in to also make the space feel larger than it is.

This handwashing sink is a spot to reflect on the way out. Pearly penny tile behind protects the wall from splashes as it gleams. A copper sink will patina over time, which adds a historic element to the design.
