Above and Beyond is the third residence in a four-home collection in Paradise Valley, Arizona. Originally the site of the abandoned Kachina Elementary School, the infill community, appropriately named Kachina Estates, embraces the remarkable views of Camelback Mountain. Nestled into an acre sized pie shaped cul-de-sac lot, the lot geometry and front facing view orientation created a remarkable privacy challenge and influenced the forward facing facade and massing. An iconic, stone-clad massing wall element rests within an oversized south-facing fenestration, creating separation and privacy while affording views “above and beyond.” Above and Beyond has Mid-Century DNA married with a larger sense of mass and scale. The pool pavilion bridges from the main residence to a guest casita which visually completes the need for protection and privacy from street and solar exposure. The pie-shaped lot which tapered to the south created a challenge to harvest south light. This was one of the largest spatial organization influencers for the design. The design undulates to embrace south sun and organically creates remarkable outdoor living spaces. This modernist home has a palate of granite and limestone wall cladding, plaster, and a painted metal fascia. The wall cladding seamlessly enters and exits the architecture affording interior and exterior continuity. Kachina Estates was named an Award of Merit winner at the 2019 Gold Nugget Awards in the category of Best Residential Detached Collection of the Year. The annual awards ceremony was held at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference in San Francisco, CA in May 2019. Fully integrated Signature Estate featuring Creston controls and Crestron panelized lighting, and Crestron motorized shades and draperies, whole-house audio and video, HVAC, voice and video communication atboth both the front door and gate. Modern, warm, and clean-line design, with total custom details and finishes. The front includes a serene and impressive atrium foyer with two-story floor to ceiling glass walls and multi-level fire/water fountains on either side of the grand bronze aluminum pivot entry door. Elegant extra-large 47'' imported white porcelain tile runs seamlessly to the rear exterior pool deck, and a dark stained oak wood is found on the stairway treads and second floor. The great room has an incredible Neolith onyx wall and see-through linear gas fireplace and is appointed perfectly for views of the zero edge pool and waterway. The center spine stainless steel staircase has a smoked glass railing and wood handrail.

This Contemporary Powder Room was designed to be a "wow" with it's unusual wall hung toilet, the floating vanity, the vessel sink and in wall faucets installed in the mirror. Ein überraschendes Gäste-WC auf kleinstem Raum. Die harmonische, natürliche Farbgebung in Kombination mit dem 3-dimensionalem Wandbild aus echten Gräsern und Moosen sorgt für Wohlfühlatmosphäre am stillen Örtchen. Der Spiegel, im reduziertem Design, erhellt nicht nur indirekt die Wand, sondern auch mit weichem Licht von vorne das Gesicht, ganz ohne Schlagschatten. Er ist zusätzlich mit farbigem LED-Licht versehen, mit denen sich bunte Lichtinszenierungen gestalten lassen.

Dans cet appartement haussmannien de 100 m², nos clients souhaitaient pouvoir créer un espace pour accueillir leur deuxième enfant. Nous avons donc aménagé deux zones dans l’espace parental avec une chambre et un bureau, pour pouvoir les transformer en chambre d’enfant le moment venu. Le salon reste épuré pour mettre en valeur les 3,40 mètres de hauteur sous plafond et ses superbes moulures. Une étagère sur mesure en chêne a été créée dans l’ancien passage d’une porte ! La cuisine Ikea devient très chic grâce à ses façades bicolores dans des tons de gris vert. Le plan de travail et la crédence en quartz apportent davantage de qualité et sa marie parfaitement avec l’ensemble en le mettant en valeur. Pour finir, la salle de bain s’inscrit dans un style scandinave avec son meuble vasque en bois et ses teintes claires, avec des touches de noir mat qui apportent du contraste.

Abbiamo eliminato una piccola vasca rinchiusa in una nicchia per ordinare al meglio lo spazio del bagno e creare un disimpegno dove mettere un ripostiglio, la lavatrice e l'asciugatrice.

A Statement Bathroom with a Industrial vibe with 3D Metal Gauze Effect Tiles. We used ambient lighting to highlight these decorative tiles. A wave counter basin in white contrasts with the matt black worktop and tap. This sits on a bespoke bronze coloured floating unit. To complete the look we used rustic wood effect porcelain tiles.
