Мы кардинально пересмотрели планировку этой квартиры. Из однокомнатной она превратилась в почти в двухкомнатную с гардеробной и кухней нишей. Помимо гардеробной в спальне есть шкаф. В ванной комнате есть место для хранения бытовой химии и полотенец. В квартире много света, благодаря использованию стеклянной перегородки. Есть запасные посадочные места (складные стулья в шкафу). Подвесной светильник над столом можно перемещать (если нужно подвинуть стол), цепляя длинный провод на дополнительные крепления в потолке.

This complete remodel was crafted after the mid century modern and was an inspiration to photograph. The use of brick work, cedar, glass and metal on the outside was well thought out as its transition from the great room out flowed to make the interior and exterior seem as one. Designer, Kapan Shipman, created two contemporary fireplaces and unique built-in displays in this historic Andersonville home. The living room cleverly uses the unique angled space to house a sleek stone and wood fireplace with built in shelving and wall-mounted tv. We also custom built a vertical built-in closet at the back entryway as a mini mudroom for extra storage at the door. In the open-concept dining room, a gorgeous white stone gas fireplace is the focal point with a built-in credenza buffet for the dining area. At the front entryway, Kapan designed one of our most unique built ins with floor-to-ceiling wood beams anchoring white pedestal boxes for display. Another beauty is the industrial chic stairwell combining steel wire and a dark reclaimed wood bannister.

Tucked into the hallway powder room, is a custom built vanity, that takes advantage of every inch.

A powder room designed around a dragon faucet that wows D&D Players! How do you do this? You use tiles that looks like scales, wall lights that look like torches and create a custom mirror to resemble the eye of a dragon.

The Powder Room integrates the home's attitude of casual elegance with touches of formality: an onyx vessel is set off by green penny tiles, and a vintage wool and silk rug adds texture and color while simple hand-blown glass orb provides a warm glow. Tyler Mallory Photography tylermallory.com

This powder room sits between the kitchen and the home office. To maximize space, we built a furniture-like vanity with a vessel sink on top and a wall mounted faucet. We placed pocket doors on both sides, and wrapped the room in a custom-made wainscoting, painted green with a glazed finish.

This powder room needed a complete redo. I wanted to create something that was updated yet classic. I started out with cream travertine and an espresso cabinet. I then found the perfect grey-blue to add depth. Next I selected a marble & glass splash that added interest & pattern. And last, for a dose of perso

Photographer: Diane Anton Photography The room was small and off the main entry vestibule/hall. We introduced a green glass mosaic chair rail to reinforce the home design but not to overpower the size of the room. Copper wall sconces and recessed lighting created a warm inviting space.
