Мы кардинально пересмотрели планировку этой квартиры. Из однокомнатной она превратилась в почти в двухкомнатную с гардеробной и кухней нишей. Помимо гардеробной в спальне есть шкаф. В ванной комнате есть место для хранения бытовой химии и полотенец. В квартире много света, благодаря использованию стеклянной перегородки. Есть запасные посадочные места (складные стулья в шкафу). Подвесной светильник над столом можно перемещать (если нужно подвинуть стол), цепляя длинный провод на дополнительные крепления в потолке.

Step into the luxurious ambiance of the downstairs powder room, where opulence meets sophistication in a stunning display of modern design. The focal point of the room is the sleek and elegant vanity, crafted from rich wood and topped with a luxurious marble countertop. The vanity exudes timeless charm with its clean lines and exquisite craftsmanship, offering both style and functionality. Above the vanity, a large mirror with a slim metal frame reflects the room's beauty and adds a sense of depth and spaciousness. The mirror's minimalist design complements the overall aesthetic of the powder room, enhancing its contemporary allure. Soft, ambient lighting bathes the room in a warm glow, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. A statement pendant light hangs from the ceiling, casting a soft and diffused light that adds to the room's luxurious ambiance. This powder room is more than just a functional space; it's a sanctuary of indulgence and relaxation, where every detail is meticulously curated to create a truly unforgettable experience. Welcome to a world of refined elegance and modern luxury.

We always say that a powder room is the “gift” you give to the guests in your home; a special detail here and there, a touch of color added, and the space becomes a delight! This custom beauty, completed in January 2020, was carefully crafted through many construction drawings and meetings. We intentionally created a shallower depth along both sides of the sink area in order to accommodate the location of the door openings. (The right side of the image leads to the foyer, while the left leads to a closet water closet room.) We even had the casing/trim applied after the countertop was installed in order to bring the marble in one piece! Setting the height of the wall faucet and wall outlet for the exposed P-Trap meant careful calculation and precise templating along the way, with plenty of interior construction drawings. But for such detail, it was well worth it. From the book-matched miter on our black and white marble, to the wall mounted faucet in matte black, each design element is chosen to play off of the stacked metallic wall tile and scones. Our homeowners were thrilled with the results, and we think their guests are too!

Zenlike in nature with its cool slate of grays, the powder room balances asymmetrical design with vertical elements. A floating vanity wrapped in vinyl is in tune with the matte charcoal ceramic tile and vinyl wallpaper. Located in one of the Ritz residential towers in Boston, the project was a complete renovation. The design and scope of work included the entire residence from marble flooring throughout, to movement of walls, new kitchen, bathrooms, all furnishings, lighting, closets, artwork and accessories. Smart home sound and wifi integration throughout including concealed electronic window treatments. The challenge for the final project design was multifaceted. First and foremost to maintain a light, sheer appearance in the main open areas, while having a considerable amount of seating for living, dining and entertaining purposes. All the while giving an inviting peaceful feel, and never interfering with the view which was of course the piece de resistance throughout. Bringing a unique, individual feeling to each of the private rooms to surprise and stimulate the eye while navigating through the residence was also a priority and great pleasure to work on, while incorporating small details within each room to bind the flow from area to area which would not be necessarily obvious to the eye, but palpable in our minds in a very suttle manner. The combination of luxurious textures throughout brought a third dimension into the environments, and one of the many aspects that made the project so exceptionally unique, and a true pleasure to have created. Гостевой санузел и хозяйственная комната. Немаловажным условием было размещение трёх санузлов и хозяйственной комнаты со стирально-сушильными автоматами. В семье уже подрастает ребенок, и в планах увеличение семьи, поэтому необходимость частых стирок была очевидна на самом раннем этапе проектирования. Сантехника: Cielo.

With an open brief Tim was given the chance to do something different. The result is a moody space, strikingly different to the light and bright hallway if leads from. Three lighting settings create atmosphere, contrast or practical lighting depending on the users needs. A striking marble pedestal sink with floor to ceiling mirror and open shelving are the focal point of the room making sure it’s a space to remember.
