Goals Our clients wished to update the look of their kitchen and create a more open layout that was bright and inviting. Our Design Solution Our design solution was to remove the wall cabinets between the kitchen and dining area and to use a warm almond color to make the kitchen really open and inviting. We used bronze light fixtures and created a unique peninsula to create an up-to-date kitchen.

The farmhouse feel flows from the kitchen, through the hallway and all of the way to the powder room. This hall bathroom features a rustic vanity with an integrated sink. The vanity hardware is an urban rubbed bronze and the faucet is in a brushed nickel finish. The bathroom keeps a clean cut look with the installation of the wainscoting. Photo credit Janee Hartman.

This powder room is decorated in unusual dark colors that evoke a feeling of comfort and warmth. Despite the abundance of dark surfaces, the room does not seem dull and cramped thanks to the large window, stylish mirror, and sparkling tile surfaces that perfectly reflect the rays of daylight. Our interior designers placed here only the most necessary furniture pieces so as not to clutter up this powder room. This first floor remodel included the kitchen, powder room, mudroom, laundry room, living room and office. The bright, white kitchen is accented by gray-blue island with seating for four. We removed the wall between the kitchen and dining room to create an open floor plan. A special feature is the custom-made cherry desk and white built in shelving we created in the office. A glammed-up Half bathroom for a sophisticated modern family. A warm/dark color palette to accentuate the luxe chrome accents. A unique metallic wallpaper design combined with a wood slats wall design and the perfect paint color generated a dark moody yet luxurious half-bathroom.

The powder room received a full makeover with all finishings replace to create a warm and peaceful feeling.

A contemporary west coast home inspired by its surrounding coastlines & greenbelt. With this busy family of all different professions, it was important to create optimal storage throughout the home to hide away odds & ends. A love of entertain made for a large kitchen, sophisticated wine storage & a pool table room for a hide away for the young adults. This space was curated for all ages of the home.
