This 1966 contemporary home was completely renovated into a beautiful, functional home with an up-to-date floor plan more fitting for the way families live today. Removing all of the existing kitchen walls created the open concept floor plan. Adding an addition to the back of the house extended the family room. The first floor was also reconfigured to add a mudroom/laundry room and the first floor powder room was transformed into a full bath. A true master suite with spa inspired bath and walk-in closet was made possible by reconfiguring the existing space and adding an addition to the front of the house.

A powder bath full of style! Our client shared their love for peacocks so when we found this stylish and breathtaking wallpaper we knew it was too good to be true! We used this as our inspiration for the overall design of the space.

Well, we chose to go wild in this room which was all designed around the sink that was found in a lea market in Baku, Azerbaijan.

A small powder room gets a punch of classic style. A furniture vanity and matching marble top gives the space a vintage feel, while the lighting and mirror gives the space a contemporary feel.

This bathroom reflects a current feel that can be classified as transitional living or soft modern. Once again an example of white contrasting beautifully with dark cherry wood. The large bathroom vanity mirror makes the bathroom feel larger than it is.

Modern and elegant was what this busy family with four kids was looking for in this powder room renovation. The natural light picks up the opulence in the wallpaper, mirror and fixtures. Wainscoting complements the simple lines while being easy to clean. We custom-made the vanity with beautiful wood grain and a durable carrara marble top. The beveled mirror throws light and the fixture adds soft warm light.

A powder bathroom packed with design and attention to detail. The Restoration Hardware sink and vanity are Restoration Hardware. The white penny tile texture plays perfectly with the Cole & Sons Nuvolette wallpaper. The brass Circa lighting fixtures pop against the black, white & gray backdrop.

This beautiful transitional powder room with wainscot paneling and wallpaper was transformed from a 1990's raspberry pink and ornate room. The space now breathes and feels so much larger. The vanity was a custom piece using an old chest of drawers. We removed the feet and added the custom metal base. The original hardware was then painted to match the base.

The best of the past and present meet in this distinguished design. Custom craftsmanship and distinctive detailing give this lakefront residence its vintage flavor while an open and light-filled floor plan clearly mark it as contemporary. Nearby is a private sitting room and a 14 by 15-foot master bedroom with built-ins and a spa-style double-sink bath with a beautiful barrel-vaulted ceiling. The main level also includes a work room and first floor laundry, while the 2,165-square-foot second level includes three bedroom suites, a loft and a separate 966-square-foot guest quarters with private living area, kitchen and bedroom. Rounding out the offerings is the 1,960-square-foot lower level, where you can rest and recuperate in the sauna after a workout in your nearby exercise room.
