Keeping family close - and entertained - was the goal for this backyard remodel and waterfall installation by Elite Landscaping. This backyard entertaining oasis boasts a swimming pool, 12' high waterfall with a built-in 7' grotto underneath, and a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and poolhouse. The beautiful poolscape helps the family love their outdoor space and offers them a peaceful escape - right at home. The in ground pool construction project and pool house included building an outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, accessories, and granite countertops. The outdoor entertaining area features natural cedar underdecking, and a luxurious poolscape with large pondless waterfall. The natural stone firepit has a custom natural stone bench seat and polished natural stone caps. The custom designed paver pool deck, custom plantings, outdoor lighting accents, and boulders surround the outdoor environment with the perfect finishing touch.

This Morris County, NJ backyard needed a facelift. The complete renovation of the outdoor living space included an outdoor kitchen, portico overhang, folding patio door, stone fireplace, pool house with a full bathroom, new pool liner, retaining walls, new pavers, and a shed. This cabana, primarily used for storage, is the epitome of architectural detail. To add dimension, the black flashing exterior is clad with custom factory-painted panels of outdoor MDF, which have been attractively attached with architectural bolts. The adjoining patch of lawn in artificial turf is an easy care surface below the outdoor ping pong table.

Boasting amazing city views, this secluded gem of a property was waiting for an exterior space of equal quality and imagination to accompany its prized outlook. Without a doubt, the crowning achievement of this spectacular renovation is the 10 foot by 12 foot stainless steel pool and hot tub situated on the roof. To fully maximize this new outdoor space, the pool was completely surrounded by a deck and a new penthouse entertainment area with kitchenette and bathroom, including a full shower.
