The architecture of this modern house has unique design features. The entrance foyer is bright and spacious with beautiful open frame stairs and large windows. The open-plan interior design combines the living room, dining room and kitchen providing an easy living with a stylish layout. The bathrooms and en-suites throughout the house complement the overall spacious feeling of the house.

The modern textural tile used at the fireplace reinforced the modern aesthetic created throughout the house. Normandy Design Manager Troy Pavelka also integrated a beautiful tray ceiling with crown molding and LED cove lighting which provided this space with plenty of natural light.

This unique system, on the 43rd floor of a Buckhead condo, had some distinct challenges, but it came together beautifully! The system features full automation including shades and curtains, multiple A/V setups, and gorgeous lighting, all backed by the stunning view of Atlanta. One of the most phenomenal features of this project is the in-ceiling dropdown screen in the Master Bedroom. Family-friendly, low-profile furnishings in a cozy cluster reflect the homeowners’ preference for organic Contemporary design. Featured in the November 2008 issue of Phoenix Home & Garden, this "magnificently modern" home is actually a suburban loft located in Arcadia, a neighborhood formerly occupied by groves of orange and grapefruit trees in Phoenix, Arizona. The home, designed by architect C.P. Drewett, offers breathtaking views of Camelback Mountain from the entire main floor, guest house, and pool area. These main areas "loft" over a basement level featuring 4 bedrooms, a guest room, and a kids' den. Features of the house include white-oak ceilings, exposed steel trusses, Eucalyptus-veneer cabinetry, honed Pompignon limestone, concrete, granite, and stainless steel countertops. The owners also enlisted the help of Interior Designer Sharon Fannin. The project was built by Sonora West Development of Scottsdale, AZ.

Tucked into a hillside, this mountain modern house looks to blend in with its surroundings and take advantage of spectacular mountain views. Outdoor terraces and porches connect and expand the living areas to the landscape, while thoughtful placement of windows provide a visual connection to the outdoors. The home’s green building features include solar hot water panels, rainwater cisterns, high-efficiency insulation and FSC certified cedar shingles and interior doors. The home is Energy Star and GreenBuilt NC certified.

The beautiful built-in wall unit features Zebrawood in a custom stain by Chervin. The fireplace in the wall unit features a quartz surround in a white with grey veining. Relax in this space for years to come.

The walls are painted in an eggshell hue and hardwood flooring is introduced in a light tone to help balance the darker, warmer colors in the space. Clean lines emphasize the modern aesthetic of the living room and are juxtaposed with more organic pieces, including an amoeba-shaped side table and soft ombre area rug.

For this classic San Francisco William Wurster house, we complemented the iconic modernist architecture, urban landscape, and Bay views with contemporary silhouettes and a neutral color palette. We subtly incorporated the wife's love of all things equine and the husband's passion for sports into the interiors. The family enjoys entertaining, and the multi-level home features a gourmet kitchen, wine room, and ample areas for dining and relaxing. An elevator conveniently climbs to the top floor where a serene master suite awaits.

This San Juan Capistrano family room has a relaxed and eclectic feel - achieved by the combination of smooth lacquered cabinets with textural elements like a reclaimed wood mantel, grasscloth wall paper, and dimensional tile surrounding the fireplace.
