All this classic home needed was some new life and love poured into it. The client's had a very modern style and were drawn to Restoration Hardware inspirations. The palette we stuck to in this space incorporated easy neutrals, mixtures of brass, and black accents. We freshened up the original hardwood flooring throughout with a natural matte stain, added wainscoting to enhance the integrity of the home, and brightened the space with white paint making the rooms feel more expansive than reality.

This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.

A vaulted ceiling welcomes you into this charming living room. The symmetry of the built-ins surrounding the fireplace and TV are detailed with white and blue finishes. Grey finishes, brass chandeliers and patterned touches soften the form of the space.

Modern Glam update to a two story family room. This is a work in progress. Construction has just begun on wrapping the fireplace in book matched marble. The client loves animal skins and prints (Gold snakeskin chairs) and chose Christian Lacroix toss pillows and ostrich plumes floor lamp. Walls are Timid White and all trimmings and doors are Black Iron, both from Benjamin Moore

This home in the Mad River Valley measures just a tad over 1,000 SF and was inspired by the book The Not So Big House by Sarah Suskana. Some notable features are the dyed and polished concrete floors, bunk room that sleeps six, and an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings in the living space.

This Australian-inspired new construction was a successful collaboration between homeowner, architect, designer and builder. The home features a Henrybuilt kitchen, butler's pantry, private home office, guest suite, master suite, entry foyer with concealed entrances to the powder bathroom and coat closet, hidden play loft, and full front and back landscaping with swimming pool and pool house/ADU.

This Akzent Plus wintergarden room extension with an SL60 bi-folding doors was installed at a property in London. The glass extension measures 6 x 4 m with a 0.5 m overhang at the front, roof sloping to the rear; the colour is DB703 dark grey It was important to the customer to create additional living space, which is naturally thermally insulated and of high quality. From a constructional point of view, the extension had to be connected to an existing tiled roof at the back and avoid the balcony and drain pipes at the front. In the end the balcony unfortunately had to make way for the wintergarden. The formation of a cold bridge is avoided by means of heavy-duty stainless steel fixings. The glass is specially made to keep the temperature stable in all seasons. Double glazing has been installed according to EN1297 guidelines, which leads to 63% less heat loss in winter compared to conventional glazing. Up to 71% of heat is reflected in summer, reducing the maximum temperature by 13 degrees Celsius on average. The construction has the potential to halve the energy requirements of the room. The glass achieves a U-value of 1.0 x/m2k.
