This modern kitchen has two islands as well as perimeter counter space. One of the islands has a dropped section for baking and food preparation. Counter tops and back splash are Caesarstone. All of the outlets on the back splash are hidden under the cabinets. The 42" stainless steel range hood is centered over a 36" gas cooktop. The 30" double ovens are located under the counter tops. Cold storage is a 19 cu ft freezer and a 19 cu ft refrigerator. The island overhang, 19", is supported with steel for added strength and provides plenty of room for knees. A pantry is also available for bulk good storage. The cabinets are flat panel clear Alder.

Large open and bright white kitchen with navy blue islands, hood and built-in bar. Counter tops are marble but are coated with Tuffskin to protect marble from scratches and staining. Navy blue hood is custom and has aged brass metal banding. Adjacent bar has amazing quartzite waterfall counter top which was the color inspiration for the entire home remodel project. This space has expansive ocean views not shown due to light.

Large walk-in Pantry with pocket doors and custom shelving. 1528 Forrest Villa is situated in the heart of McLean, VA in a well-established neighborhood. This unique site is perfect for this modern house design because it sits at the top of a hill and has a grand view of the landscape.
