Lors de la création du projet, cette famille arrivant d’Allemagne nous a confié un souhait de retrouver la qualité des produits de leur pays d’origine. Cela les a amené dans notre showroom à Thonon. Nous avons choisi ensemble une cuisine lumineuse et l’insertion d’une verrière pour donner du caractère.

Les meubles haut disposent d'un éclairage sur variateur. La cuisine disposent de plusieurs éclairage, permettant ainsi au client de varié la lumière en fonction de l'heure de la journée. Une suspension centrale et 3 appliques murales ainsi que l'éclairage sous les meubles.

Tone on tones abound in this modern yet warm kitchen. The mosaic backsplash from Walker Zanger’s Vintage Glass collection covers the walls and mixes beautifully with the maple stained moldings and modern, simple cabinetry. In lieu of typical upper cabinets, Panageries designed inset shelving allowing opportunity to showcase objet d’art. The hammered copper farm sink pulls its color from the glass tile and complements the concrete countertop that supports it. A table height bar wraps the peninsula and is host to chairs from Michael Berman which are covered in metallic copper leather. Gracing the counter is a bowl made from the root of a teak tree, further highlighting this home’s organic elements.

Toutes les menuiseries ont été remplacée, une baie vitrée et un châssis fixe avec du verre anti-effraction pour gagner en luminosité. J'ai privilégié des couleurs très clair sur les murs. Peinture blanche et badigeon à la chaux tons beige. La cuisine est en stratifié magnolia et le plan de travail en bois foncé.

In this project we created a classic environment with natutal woods and perfectly designed spaces, a handmade fireplace on the living room with a tall winery and sound system surrounding some areas. Heated flooring all the way and a magnificent work on the stain and painting job throughout the whole house.

Jolie projet de rénovation d'une petite cuisine. Cuisine noir mat finition anti-trace, poignée inox intégré aux façades et un plan de travail en stratifié bois. Nous avons joué sur les hauteurs et les aménagements pour rentabiliser l'espace et l'adapter aux habitudes de vie des propriétaires.

Piedra “Stone” is a residential building that aimed to evoke the form of a polished geometry that experiences the flow of energy between the earth and the sky. The selection of the reflective glass facade was key to produce this evocation, since it reflects and changes with its context, becoming a dynamic element. The architectural program consisted of 3 towers placed one next to the other, surrounding the common garden, the geometry of each building is shaped as if it dialogs and seduces the neighboring volume, wanting to touch but never succeeding. Each one is part of a system keeping its individuality and essence. This apartment complex is designed to create a unique experience for each homeowner since they will all be different as well; hence each one of the 30 apartments units is different in surface, shape, location, or features. Seeking an individual identity for their owners. Additionally, the interior design was designed to provide an intimate and unique discovery. For that purpose, each apartment has handcrafted golden appliances such as lamps, electric outlets, faucets, showers, etc that intend to awaken curiosity along the way. Additionally, one of the main objectives of the project was to promote an integrated community where neighbors could do more than cohabitate. Consequently, the towers were placed surrounding an urban orchard where not only the habitats will have the opportunity to grow their own food but also socialize and even have creative conflicts with each other. Finally, instead of demolishing an existing guest house located in the lot, the design team decided to integrate it into the community as a social space in the center of the lot that the neighbors decided to occupy as an art workshop for painters and was even occupied for such purpose even during the construction of the towers.
