(Fotografía de Juanan Barros) Nuestros clientes quieren aprovechar y disfrutar del espacio del sótano de su casa con un programa de necesidades múltiple: hacer una sala de cine, un gimnasio, una zona de cocina, una mesa para jugar en familia, un almacén y una zona de chimenea. Les planteamos un proyecto que convierte una habitación bajo tierra con acabados “en bruto” en un espacio acogedor y con un interiorismo de calidad... para pasar allí largos ratos All Together. Diseñamos un gran espacio abierto con distintos ambientes aprovechando rincones, graduando la iluminación, bajando y subiendo los techos, o haciendo un banco-espejo entre la pared de armarios de almacenaje, de manera que cada uso y cada lugar tenga su carácter propio sin romper la fluidez espacial. La combinación de la iluminación indirecta del techo o integrada en el mobiliario hecho a medida, la elección de los materiales con acabados en madera (de Alvic), el papel pintado (de Tres Tintas) y el complemento de color de los sofás (de Belta&Frajumar) hacen que el conjunto merezca esta valoración en Houzz por parte de los clientes: “… El resultado final es magnífico: el sótano se ha transformado en un lugar acogedor y cálido, todo encaja y todo tiene su sitio, teniendo una estética moderna y elegante. Fue un acierto dejar las elecciones de mobiliario, colores, materiales, etc. en sus manos”.

Our stunning Nolte Portland Anthracite kitchen is certainly a head turner! Fully kitted out with Siemens appliances, and finished with Quartz Cosentino Dekton in Aura, this kitchen combines the industrial style with sheer luxury.

This time we would like to present one of our modern style black and white plywood core handleless kitchens with an island. The whole project is based on the combination of birch plywood, black Fenix NTM laminate and a white Corian worktop with an integrated sink. This is the dense but relatively big kitchen where we were able to implement a number of drawers, pull out baskets and integrated appliances. That particular one was manufactured for one of our commercial customers head offices, but the design will suit also spacious lofts or generally kitchens with high ceiling lines. Specially engineered walnut timber doors were used to add warmth and character to this sleek slate handle-less kitchen design. The perfect balance of simplicity and luxury was achieved by using neutral but tactile finishes such as concrete effect, large format porcelain tiles for the floor and splashback, onyx tile worktop and minimally designed frameless cupboards, with accents of brass and solid walnut breakfast bar/dining table with a live edge.

From head to toe, this walnut cabinet has a hazelnut stain finish surrounded by cream walls. This cabinet provides a wine bottle rack, a coffee bar, and ample storage to hide clutter. Conveniently located near the main kitchen area yet out of the way of the cooking area.

This kitchen is full of colour and pattern clashes and we love it! This kitchen is full of tricks to make the most out of all the space. We have created a breakfast cupboard behind 2 pocket doors to give a sense of luxury to the space. A hidden extractor is a must for us at Studio Dean, and in this property it is hidden behind the peach wooden latting. Another feature of this space was the bench seat, added so the client could have their breakfasts in the morning in their new kitchen. We love how playful and fun this space in!

A stylish and contemporary rear and side return kitchen extension in East Dulwich. Modern monochrome handle less kitchen furniture has been combined with warm slated wood veneer panelling, a blush pink back painted full height splashback and stone work surfaces from Caesarstone (Cloudburst Concrete). This design cleverly conceals the door through to the utility room and downstairs cloakroom and features bespoke larder storage, a breakfast bar unit and alcove seating.

The client's love of sky blue was stunningly incorporated into the design of both their kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen, the wide use of stainless steel and white keep the mood uplifted and makes for a very practical surface. The glass cabinets mimic clouds, and there is ample lighting to further enhance the effect in this almost windowless kitchen. Triple ovens, built-in sink with Zip tap, integrated fridge and dishwasher, walk-in pantry and clever breakfast bar area, are just some of the features in this kitchen. The bathroom's crisp, blue and white colour scheme is refreshingly lovely and practical. The use of contrasting timber warms the space and echoes the burnished brown tones in the mosaics. The freestanding bath creates a beautiful center piece and the frameless shower whilst spacious, does not crowd the room. Well-chosen tapware and fittings make for a very personlised look.
