This stunning project in Cultra, County Down marries both form and function in one beautiful open plan space. Although it may look minimalist, this is a family home that has all the usual paraphernalia which is cleverly hidden with practical storage solutions. The project, in collaboration with J'Adore Decor uses beautiful cross-grained wedge doors, hardwood flooring and luxurious Silestone work surfaces.

The goals of this project was to create an open modern space for a family of 4 to feel creative and comfortable. The family is enthusiastic about cooking, so only the best appliances would do. Taking advantage of the height and airiness of the space was important in our design as well. We wanted to contrast the light flooring and bright wall tones with the unique Grey obecchi veneered doors. Keeping with the contemporary theme the appliances had to look sleek and fully integrated into the cabinetry . In a home with high ceilings and lots of natural light we wanted to create a balance of light and dark. The overall results was beautiful composition of dark grey and light quartz countertop with earth tone veining to pull it all together. What were the challenges and limitations of the space/client/project? The home was originally a run down early 1900's Victorian home. The architect had designed a fresh take on this vintage home, bringing in modern details and clean lines. The alcove that was carved out for the kitchen gave it an open feel without being too exposed to the other living areas. With an open concept, wall space and storage tends to be limited. We created as much storage as we could hidden behind our large scaled doors while keeping things feeling open with walnut floating shelves and integrated lighting for a wow factor.

Two tone kitchens are a great way to enhance the space you have and lets you be creative. The Fjord green is a beautiful colour that brings a fresh, airy feel to the kitchen, whilst the wooden grain of the island is warm and comforting. This combination is like bringing the outdoors in! Along the wall we used a compact laminate worktop. A great worktop that is 100% water proof and super easy to install. Being a compact laminate, it allows undermounted sinks to be installed. The bank of tall units are impressive with the Neff appliances. The ovens and combi oven are at the perfect height and are in a great position opposite the island. Under the combi oven in the middle is the warming drawer. Great for keeping plates warm and also keeps the symmetry of the design.

This particular project is a Beautiful custom made two tone Kitchen Remodeling and home remodeling project. The most important priority for this homeowner was to bring her 1960s vinyl flooring, outdated bathroom and rundown kitchen cabinets to a more modern and chic kitchen. The potential in this project always reminds us that no job is finished until the final details are put. Adding Modern amenities which mix brilliantly with classic finishes in this Project. As seen in the photo, notice how the colors keep the natural flow throughout the kitchen. The clients had wanted a Uilitarian Island, an additional prep farm sink, and wine cooler. The client also was requesting much needed stools. We went with an eccentric piece for the stools as shown in our photos. The perimeter cabinets are in a soft gray which allows the warm toned island to stand out as a grounding feature. For lighting we chose Skylights. Skylights offer ample lighting, we also chose to use lights along the under mount and island pendants. When we consulted about the remodeling of the dining room and kitchen floors , we agreed on it receiving a fresh look with all new flooring . We chose from the Hallmark Modern Collection, which now flows from the kitchen through to the welcoming entry and living room. This project also included a bedroom and bathroom addition, all new doors, electrical & lighting, flooring and master bath renovation. As for the suite bathroom, the main priority for the clients was to have a bathroom where they could disconnect and feel like at some sort of retreat. The suite bath now screams elegance and retreat with a large soaker tub, expansive glass enclosed shower and dual vanities. We agreed on a neutral yet eccentric tile using a surf linear blue mosaic touch that brings a soothing feel to the retreat. We hope you enjoyed the photos please message us with any questions!

Symmetry and brightness were key to the developer of this large family home in Muswell Hill. Keeping the symmetrical aesthetic, when viewed from the dining and living spaces and ensuring the room remained bright and airy were the primary requirements to help attract potential buyers of this luxury development.

C'est dans une sublime maison de maître de Montchat, dans le 3ème arrondissement de Lyon que s'installe ce projet. Deux espaces distincts ont laissé place à un volume traversant, exploitant la grande hauteur sous plafond et permettant de profiter de la lumière naturelle tout au long de la journée. Afin d'accentuer cet effet traversant, la cuisine sur-mesure a été imaginée tout en longueur avec deux vastes linéaires qui la rende très fonctionnelle pour une famille de 5 personnes. Le regard circule désormais de la cour au jardin et la teinte des éléments de cuisine ainsi que le papier-peint font entrer la nature à l'intérieur.

Kitchen for a beautiful ancient farmhouse in florence. Sage green doors, large peninsula top with a new, very resistant material. The plasterboard hood illuminates the entire kitchen area with its many spotlights.

This kitchen was replaced for a smart IKEA kitchen with solid quartz worktop and Pushka handles. Appliances are built in. We went for an environmentally friendly cork for the flooring, fresh white walls and a warm taupe tile for the splashback.
