Darkest green base cabinets were paired with off white wall units and walnut cladding to create a beautiful modern kitchen. Details include a slim profile ceramic worktop and splashback, oak block herringbone floor, wrap around kitchen shelf and black and brass wall lights.

The client’s request was quite common - a typical 2800 sf builder home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living space, and den. However, their desire was for this to be “anything but common.” The result is an innovative update on the production home for the modern era, and serves as a direct counterpoint to the neighborhood and its more conventional suburban housing stock, which focus views to the backyard and seeks to nullify the unique qualities and challenges of topography and the natural environment. The Terraced House cautiously steps down the site’s steep topography, resulting in a more nuanced approach to site development than cutting and filling that is so common in the builder homes of the area. The compact house opens up in very focused views that capture the natural wooded setting, while masking the sounds and views of the directly adjacent roadway. The main living spaces face this major roadway, effectively flipping the typical orientation of a suburban home, and the main entrance pulls visitors up to the second floor and halfway through the site, providing a sense of procession and privacy absent in the typical suburban home. Clad in a custom rain screen that reflects the wood of the surrounding landscape - while providing a glimpse into the interior tones that are used. The stepping “wood boxes” rest on a series of concrete walls that organize the site, retain the earth, and - in conjunction with the wood veneer panels - provide a subtle organic texture to the composition. The interior spaces wrap around an interior knuckle that houses public zones and vertical circulation - allowing more private spaces to exist at the edges of the building. The windows get larger and more frequent as they ascend the building, culminating in the upstairs bedrooms that occupy the site like a tree house - giving views in all directions. The Terraced House imports urban qualities to the suburban neighborhood and seeks to elevate the typical approach to production home construction, while being more in tune with modern family living patterns. In order to open up this kitchen, many of the walls were removed and the window increased in size to create a pass-thru window. To store all of the glassware and dishes, we designed custom drawer organizer systems. The quartz countertops are a very close replication of a Calcutta Marble.

Атмосферная сталинка в Москве Трёхкомнатная квартира в доме 1958 года постройки. Молодая семейная пара, ребята работают в геймдеве, занимаются маркетингом игр. Проект интересен: - организованной и согласованной перепланировкой, в которой уместилось большое количество встроенного хранения корпусами икеа(сецчас их можно заменить серией из хоф) . - Разместили колонну стиральной и сушильной машин в санузле. Сделали душевую зону из стеклоблоков. - Сохранили газовое обеспечение, при этом на кухне почти все его следы закрыли. - Одну комнату оформили под кабинет с перспективой, что там будет актуальна и детская. - В спальне разместили гардеробную и ещё одно рабочее место, тк ребята периодически работают удалённо. - Бюджет берегли, применялись правила разумной экономии. В интерьере использованы отреставрированная советская мебель и люстры , сохранена родная резная розетка на потолке. - Ну и главное: результат перепланировки- избавились от длинного коридора и получили развернутое и воздушное пространство и прекрасный вид при входе. Распашные двери на балкон открывают вид на двор с пышной березой. – в интерьере много винтажа, собственно и интерьер собирали с купленных хозяйкой винтажных люстр еще до проекта

De l'éclairage a été mis en place afin de mettre en valeur la décoration de l'alcôve mais aussi un luminaire spécifique aux plantes afin de leur permettent de pousser dans de bonnes conditions. Les tabourets quand à eux, ont été dessinés par moi même et créé par un artisan métallier sur mesure

The previous two-tiered peninsula was bulky and separated the cook from dining area. Replacing with a one level peninsula, large apron front sink and gorgeous brass faucet make the space feel more open, spacious and introduces extra seating and counterspace. Calcatta gold drapes the countertops and backsplash and a spark of black and brass complete this sleek design.
