This home in Prior Lake, MN was built during one of the worst Minnesota winters in recent history, we knew that Integrity windows would give the homeowners the comfort and great lighting that added to the design of the home. The light-filled interiors bring the outside in and abundant Integrity windowscapes enable the family to enjoy the changing Minnesota seasons. This ContemPrairie Home embraces the modern look but with a warmth and functionality designed for today’s family living.

This modern farmhouse located outside of Spokane, Washington, creates a prominent focal point among the landscape of rolling plains. The composition of the home is dominated by three steep gable rooflines linked together by a central spine. This unique design evokes a sense of expansion and contraction from one space to the next. Vertical cedar siding, poured concrete, and zinc gray metal elements clad the modern farmhouse, which, combined with a shop that has the aesthetic of a weathered barn, creates a sense of modernity that remains rooted to the surrounding environment. The Glo double pane A5 Series windows and doors were selected for the project because of their sleek, modern aesthetic and advanced thermal technology over traditional aluminum windows. High performance spacers, low iron glass, larger continuous thermal breaks, and multiple air seals allows the A5 Series to deliver high performance values and cost effective durability while remaining a sophisticated and stylish design choice. Strategically placed operable windows paired with large expanses of fixed picture windows provide natural ventilation and a visual connection to the outdoors.

The Fontana Bridge residence is a mountain modern lake home located in the mountains of Swain County. The LEED Gold home is mountain modern house designed to integrate harmoniously with the surrounding Appalachian mountain setting. The understated exterior and the thoughtfully chosen neutral palette blend into the topography of the wooded hillside.

This Dover Shores, Newport Beach home was built with a young hip Newport Beach family in mind. Bright and airy finishes were used throughout, with a modern twist. The palette is neutral with lots of geometric blacks, whites and grays. Cement tile, beautiful hardwood floors and natural stone were used throughout. Los Gatos Residence Los Gatos, California Set in the beautiful hills of Los Gatos, this residence is an example of a new urban home with a warm modern ambiance. It was designed for a young family with three boys who needed room to run and play. The design is based upon a careful reading of the topography and neighbor's views. We created a linear plan with cascading terraces that curve to follow the bend in the hillside. The cylinder of the dining room, suspended as a complete circle in the bending matrix of the plan, serves as a pivot point in the house plan. The interiors are comfortable and playful, materials include maple wood floors, maple cabinets, custom stainless sink and hood and marble countertops. The exterior is finished with natural copper sheathing at the facade and roof edges, wood siding, slate terrace paving and Trex decking.
