June 2023 To whom it may concern, This is a recommendation for our contractor Ari Shert. Recently my wife and I decided to build a new home in Glassell Park. We had inherited the property that had a deserted 1-bedroom home in shambles. We first spoke to an architect and had him start working on the plans. The architect recommended a contractor he knew, Ari Sherf. We asked three contractors for quotes on the property. Ari’s quote was almost $100,000 less that the other two contractors. The first project was to remove the old house and replace utilities, then came the grading. Geologists had to be hired to prove the hill was stable. Ari took care of it all. My wife and met with Ari weekly, often daily, he took his time to make sure he knew what we were looking for. Throughout the project he constantly asked questions we would have never thought of. What type of handrail do you want, what do you want in the driveway, pavers, or concrete. At every turn we were on the same page as Ari. We had issues with the old gas line, he took care of it without asking, at no charge. Working with the city of Los Angels was a real chore but he handled it without a flaw. All we smoothly. At one time he was unhappy with one of the kitchen cabinets. He had the carpenter replace it. He was the one person who oversaw the entire project daily. Because my wife is going to use part of the house for her business special attention and some changes in the plans were necessary. Ari was able to make alterations at little or no cost to us. Because the property was on a hill, a ground survey had to be performed by qualified people, and he knew all the best in the business. Whether it was grading for the city inspector or landscaping Ari was up to the task. But best of all was the wonderful finish work he did. We changed our minds on colors twice and he repainted what we wanted. The moldings and wood beams came out beyond our wildest imagination. He ordered the best quality materials and now just look at the house, fantastic. Everyone who comes to visit the new house is mesmerized by how beautiful the house came out. We highly recommend Ari with no hesitation he is highly qualified for any construction project, and I am free to talk with anyone who is in the process of remodeling or building on your property. When I first met Ari, I told him I was looking for a contractor that I still liked at the end of the job. He did not disappoint! He was always responsive during the job and his team was top notch. So much so that I even went out of town during the project and had no problems or concerns. Our first project with Ari and his team was the remodeling of two bathrooms. We are thrilled with the results! We are onto planning our next project now and are definitely considering using them again. I hired ESV prime to remodel my home. I don’t want to make this review too long so I’m going to talk about my favorite part, the kitchen. My kitchen was very old and outdated so I definitely needed to do something about it. Ari and his crew transformed my kitchen like I never imagined. They added new cabinets, countertops, flooring, and lighting. I am in love with the island addition end it makes life so much easier when I have people over. We purchased a house that was 50 years old, had one owner and had not been remodeled once. We had a vision and needed a construction company that would interpret our vision. We love the final result and have received rave reviews from friends and family. We highly recommend Prime Construction and will use them for any future projects we have.

Ari is by far the best contractor to work with. He is very professional and very easy contractor to work with. Our house renovation and addition came out so great and my husband and I are so happy with the results. His team showed up early everyday and he came out to check on the progress many, many times.
